We had some scheduling issues with Grexen, but they took full responsibility and offered to make it right. We have re-scheduled the job. Three stars for now - let's see how they perform.

Nick sourced a motor for our exhaust fan and installed within 3 hours of initial contact. Excellent.

I own the sushi restaurant for ten years and I try so many different hood cleaning company , But I really like the Grexen.Especially Rodney and Christian are good , They kept asking Anything else ? I said , can you clean this and that . They did it without question, they really care about make sure customer is happy , I'm very happy , I will request them next time for sure .

Very professional staff. Called in the morning and just my luck they had a cancellation that evening, and got right in. I talked to the brothers, they were very helpful. When the schedule lady called in the afternoon she was very pleasant. All around very good experience with this company. Will use them next time.

Kevin and his crew did an amazing job on our hood cleaning. We have a BBQ restaurant, so the exhaust and hood over our smoker can get covered in smoke, along with our secondary hood over the ovens. This team restored everything to looking brand new again. This is our second time using Grexen. We were pleased the first time, but we've now requested Kevin personally, as his work is over the top. This company has always offered exceptional service, timely communication, experienced and knowledgeable, in addition to fair pricing for what they provide. I definitely recommend them to all my peers.

If I could zero stars I would yo go try and conduct business at someone’s business again without making contact with the owner and manager is beyond me.

Update, professionalism goes a long way. After speaking with Eric we were able to come to a mutual understanding, to the error of communications and complete the job today after the missed appointment though. Will update photos after completion.

So far “Grexen”, has completely left us unsatisfied with their halfway finished job. After being lied to for an hour and 1/2 today I figured this was necessary. From scheduling, to communication it has been a disaster. Complete lack of professionalism. Was told a job COULD be completed, only for them to flip flop between it being able to be done and not being able to be done. Poor planning when bringing equipment to complete the job, like forgetting an adequate sized ladder for the job. Was told the interior hood system was cleaned only to find grease coating the panels and trap. Also I don’t understand the reason of changing the point of contact to someone else half way through the job, to someone you haven’t spoken to once. Their lack of professionalism has halted my business opening now at least another week(began design planning for cleaning and installation of access panel ~2weeks).

Wanting to warn anyone before going through this unprofessional company. The scheduling crew is very polite and professional, however they have no control over the crew that shows up, apparently. We have had at least 6 different times that the crew either showed up way past our scheduled time, (which would've put us even more behind on production), and/or they only showed up with only one crew member after we specifically asked multiple times for two crew members, as it is a big job and requires such to not further put us behind on production. They have not once been on time. We tell the schedulers every single time how important it is for them to show up with two members and at the time we schedule them. Today, we had a scheduled appointment with a two member crew (after having to reschedule from them being way too late last time) at 8:30am. Only one person showed up at 4am, which was impossible for us to work around, which is why we scheduled them at the time we did. He told our employees that if we couldn't do it then, we'd have to reschedule AGAIN. We change our whole schedule around every time to make this work for the exact time we schedule the appointment and it's absolutely frustrating when that's the result. We will no longer be doing business with this company and we should've halted business with them a long time ago.

The owner did call me and apologize; very professional and understanding of our concerns with the company. We finally received an explanation for the issue with our company each time and we now understand that our location is further out than most of their other clients. However we still must look elsewhere for these services.

I have worked with this company several times, whether it is repair, replacement or cleaning. They did a great job. Especially when replacing the fan, they were very professional. They helped me a lot.very appreciated!Great team!

We had Larry, Joush and Chris. Very professional. Showed up om time. They went to our other location, but that wasn't there fault. They did an amazing Job. We took over a spot that wasn't cleaned in years and they made everything look brand new. We absolutely recommend them. These three young men take pride in their work and it only took them an hour to do a fantastic job.

We keep out restaurant very clean. We explained what needed clean. They came in and left more of a mess then what they came in to. Didn't clean the out vent so grease is constantly running down from the areas we can't reach as a company because this company has the tools. Then left the hoods that where already cleaned by us with grease streaks everywhere making it look worse then if they had just left it alone. They put a tarp over the fryers and grills and our expensive rational oven and proceeded to use all of this equipment, that's on wheels and could be moved, as step ladders and creating a mess on our previously clean equipment. I wish my company would stop using this service.

We have been disappointed in our previous hood cleaning company so we reached out to GreXen and hired them to clean our hoods. The first visit was amazing, the keen eye of Chris and (sorry forgot name) his co worker was amazing. The robot they use was broken that day and these gentlemen went way above and beyond to satisfy there contract. These young men spent Several hours(7) I believe doing this very dirty hard work by hand. I can't tell you in words how grateful we are of their efforts. They now have a customer for life. Great customer service and a great product the blue bomber gets stains off of the floor and off of our stainless very easily!

We are a HUGE fan of blue bomber at my restaurant where I’m the GM! Marcus is so personable with all of his clients and truly cares about delivering a great product that delivers results. We use blue bomber for cleaning our large grill, deep cleaning our hood system, and cleaning our deep fryers. Our whole staff loves using this product. Must try and must buy!
