Very responsive and great communication! Called for an estimate and that afternoon I received the email estimate from Katie as well as a text to follow up with the email. I was able to get them scheduled for the next day for cleaning our large sectional. We had several questions regarding the process and both Katie & Will talked us thru the procedures and options.
