They do an excellent job of cleaning outdoor cushions. Only 3 stars because I had 3 stools that I had scheduled to have cleaned but technician said he was not scheduled to do that. When I made the appointment I clearly asked for their cleaning.

We had Fiber-Seal applied to our new wall-to-wall carpet and to an existing area rug. We received a thorough explanation on what to do if a spill should occur -- heaven forbid! The techs arrived on time and very thorough in applying the product. I am so happy that we were able to have this done in time for the holidays!

I appreciate the professionalism of the technicians and the time they spent on the job. However, given the cost—nearly $1,600 for approximately 2.5 hours of work—I’m disappointed with the results. The carpets don’t appear noticeably cleaner than before the service, and in some areas, they actually look worse. I expected a more visible improvement, especially considering the price and the strong recommendation I received from a close friend.
I understand that older carpets present challenges and that no service can guarantee perfection, but the outcome fell short of reasonable expectations. I hope this feedback helps as you continue to evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction.
Please have your team return to address the tougher spots before I submit payment. I’d also appreciate having this resolved before my rugs are cleaned and delivered. If Duke is available to come, I’d be grateful. Thanks. Barb Hensley
