Great communication with technicians on-site. I’m not a fan of the appointment system whereby I have to ask to set the appointment date/time rather than leave it open-ended and wait for them to show up any time. I wanted to be here when they came and it was challenging to get the appointment maker to acquiesce and set an appointment day and time with me. I made a reasonable request and she wanted to spar that point with me. Once the guys did arrive, they gave great service.

It was very easy to make an appointment and everyone I spoke to in customer service was very nice. When I made the appointment on May 24th for them to come out to clean our gutters, we were told they’d be out within 2 weeks. No one showed up or called to let me know their schedule was behind. When I called back to see if there was an issue, I was told they’d schedule was delayed due to rain. I didn’t remember any rain in the recent past, but they assured me that someone would be out as soon as possible. I finally received an email in mid June stating they were having issues getting to our house because of the rain. I’m fairly certain it had only rained one day while I was away. My husband finally had to call them and tell them we would find a new company if they didn’t come by June 30th. By then, we had a mini tree growing out of our gutters. When they finally came out, it took them 15 minutes from beginning to end. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. They will be coming back out in October or November after majority of the leaves fall to clean the gutters again. I’m waiting to see how that goes before we decide to make any decisions.

Fantastic service. Fast, reliable, and literally leaves the place better looking than when they arrived. 😂 Love that I didn't have to be home for the service. Clean up was neat & tidy in a garbage bag that easily fit in my trash can. Signed up for subscription service and will have them back out later this year. Great pricing, too. No regrets. Give them a call.

**I wish I would have trusted my gut when I called this company. They present as a locally owned and operated company, but, upon calling their you get a 1-800 feel. We had to request a recall on the original service 2 times after the job was "completed." I think it's pretty telling when you have an employee tell you "this company doesn't know what they're doing and most of these guys shouldn't be doing this job. I'm about to leave and do my own thing and I've only been here two months."
Ask for the pictures of the job. The pictures we got of the "completed" job weren't relevant and showed no results or proof of the gutters having been cleaned. We literally walked into my husband's office where we could look into a section of our home's gutters to see that it hadn't been touched
Additionally, their security certificate expired 2 days ago and it's no longer safe to make online payments. We would advise not using this company's services.

This company was easy to work with and reasonably priced. Only complaints I had are more gutter debris on my deck than expected. Also the gutter guards were not properly replaced as shown in the picture. But I would recommend them and use them again.

The crew that came to my house on July 11 did a fantastic job! Everything looks great and They did a great job of cleaning up. The crew was polite, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Cincy Gutter Boys and the three man crew they sent to my house that day.!

The tech cleaned all of my gutters and my dryer vent. They were very thorough and professional and on time.

I will not ever use this company again and I have used them for the past few years. They convinced me to get my dryer vent cleaned out and they BROKE a slat on my vent. When I called to let them know, they gave me an inactive email (it immediately kicked back to me) and no one has gotten back to me about addressing this. Very unprofessional and will be using another service next time.

Edit to add: they also somehow broke the hose nozzle. It now leaks every time I use my hose when it didn’t do that before. Overall just a pain company.

They were quick to schedule and complete the work. They used appropriate safety measures. Let me know what other issues to look for on the chimney. The price was only "pretty good," but safe, quick, and helpful do count for something. They even had a real contract, something most Cincinnati companies seem to have trouble with :-) I did not do an annual contract with them to see their work first, but they did an excellent job.

My husband and I were astonished at how quick and efficient Cincy Gutter Boys were! What takes us hours to do on our bi-level house took them literally 10-15 minutes. They even came onto our raised back porch and swept away the fallen debris. All of the debris was then bagged to be taken out with the trash. Additionally, from when I called to schedule, they were able to get us in 1 week later, and they texted when they were on their way to our house. Could not recommend more highly. We will be continuing to use their services all year round for gutter cleaning!

The service was 5 star, I highly recommend them. They were friendly from the start. The person I talked to on the phone to set up the appointment was great and then the team they sent out was phenomenal. The two guys were very friendly and polite, very efficient and quick and did excellent thorough work. Even making sure everything was all cleaned up afterwards. I was thrilled with the experience and definitely be using them again.

I used Cincy GB to clean my dryer vent (on the third floor of our house), accessible only from the outside. They came out, did the job in 20-30 minutes, and cleaned up after themselves. Also, quite courteous. I’d recommend them.

We got two negative surprises during the install, which made us doubt selecting Cincy Gutters to do our gutters. We felt that one surprise (a new down spout in an unfavorable location) should have been spotted/communicated when we were quoted. The installation crew tried their best to make it work. If we had known upfront, we could have found a better solution for the downspout placement instead of quickly making a decision on the spot. The second surprise was their labor rate to fix fascia that was damaged when found after taking the old gutters off. Again, the person quoting should have told us that repairs to the fascia would be needed as the installation crew said it was obvious that was the reason why the old gutter was failing. The fascia repair doubled the cost of the entire project. We felt obliged to go with the Cincy Gutter Boys’ quote on this, since the project was already underway. We feel they may have taken advantage of this and perhaps overcharged us. I highly recommend to others when getting quoted to ask for a repair estimate of any potential fascia damage to budget correctly. We didn’t know to ask, but the Cincy Gutter man quoting us could also be more upfront. Instead, the installation crew had to be the bearer of bad news. The crew mentioned they are the bearer of bad news on most of their projects. Which is very unfortunate.

They were easy to schedule, fairly priced, and the employees were professional. I strongly recommend them for anyone needing their gutters cleaned.

In the past I have been happy with Cincy Gutter Boys service but this time I was not.
Something had changed at this company, I’ve waited 4 weeks for them to come out to clean out my gutters, so i cancelled. never had this problem before in the many years I’ve had them clean my gutters. only one star because they do actually answer the phone

I was very happy with Cincy gutter boys from my first phone call to inquire about their services until the completion of the job. Everything was done exactly as I was told it would be done. Each person that I had contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. The work done was very good and the crew cleaned up after themselves and took the old gutter with them. I would highly recommend their services.

Great experience. I’m so thankful for these strong young men with a good work ethic who can wield a tall ladder with ease and climb up to places I shudder to think about going to! They were friendly, professional and did excellent work on a challenging job. I also like the company’s service plans for gutter cleaning, as I have several trees that drop their leaves and seeds in my gutters at various times of the year. I’ll likely try some of their other home maintenance services in the future.
