It was very nice to have a trusted tech in my home who was very professional and quite knowledgeable. Her attention to detail was out of this world cleaning things in my home that I didn't even know was dirty! I've had many cleaning companies and I am highly impressed! I'm happy to leave this review and I will definitely refer others!

Excellent service by the two representatives. Arrived on time and worked non-stop for 5 hours. Their hard work and attention to detail paid off.

We have been using this cleaning service for a little over a year and we are beyond thrilled with the level of service and attention to detail. In particular, Samantha has been cleaning our home pretty regularly and she is hands down phenomenal! Professional, caring, thorough, and attentive….even our mini goldendoodle loves Samantha. Hands down an excellent cleaning service and thoroughly happy.

I cannot recommend My Maid Service of Cincinnati enough! My husband and I have had a few different house cleaners in the past and nothing comes close to the service we receive from My Maid Service!

We always have a consistent cleaner (Sherry T, Olivia N and recently Hannah S). All of them are AMAZING! They do a wonderful job and our house always smells fresh and clean when we get home. Another added bonus that we appreciate so much is that these wonderful ladies are fantastic with our dogs! They are so friendly and patient with our dogs who are VERY excited to see them every time they’re at our house. We’re so appreciative of the work they do!

My wife and I have been very pleased with both the Deep Cleaning and the Standard Cleaning that Darian has been doing at our house. She is also an excellent trainer of new employees. The walls, counters, floors, pictures, etc. look so much better after they have finished. My only regret is that I should have hired them several years ago.
