This company is despicable. I requested a deep cleaning on my home. In which 2 hours was spent barely surface cleaning. I was then met with excuses and given attitude when explaining to the supervisor that this was completely unacceptable and that I did not feel like I should have to pay for 2 hours of service when barely anything was done. The supervisor proceeded to yell and raise his voice at me, very unprofessional. I will NEVER use their service again. And they should be ashamed to call themselves a cleaning company. If I could give negative stars I would.

Very professional. Rebecca was easy to work with. Punctual and great quality work. I will definitely be using them again for any of my investment or rental properties. Thanks for making it look like new again.

Wow my home smells so good! It was covered in dust and they cleaned it head to toe. My bathroom is so white and clean now too! They were very kind also and extremely flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend.

I was generally satisfied with the cleaning. Two young men came to clean, they were punctual, polite and aimed to please. I have a 2400sq ft home and they were doing a deep clean. Only my main floor really needed a deep clean, as that is where call the activity is. I live alone and do general cleaning myself. They really did a basic clean and needed to be instructed in a few areas to “deep clean.” For example, when my first and second floor bathrooms were done, they had not moved any of the items on my counter and there was still grime (sticky old soap and accumulated dust) left UN cleaned. Of course, that was rectified. One of my floors was not really adequately cleaned.

They are good workers and I believe with a bit more training can go in a nail it the first go around.

I will use them again; but I learned you have to be very specific right now so that everyone is on the same page.

2 people showed up to provide the service. They did a decent job with the cleaning but were very bad with time allocation and they were left with an entire floor to clean with very minimal time. They rushed things up and did not clean well. Vacuuming was so imperfect. Our phone chargers were later found in the bathroom, clearly was used by them! They also used our body brush from the shower to scrub the floor , which we found out a week later. Would NOT recommend to others.

The cleaners were very nice, professional & friendly! I originally requested deep cleaning services for a move in, which included cleaning cabinets & baseboards.

The service that was performed seemed more of a general surface level housekeeping, which wasn’t bad, just not what I requested. The cleaners only took about an hour, probably because the cabinets weren’t cleaned. Therefore, I was still charged $140, which is the minimum, but I failed to receive the full “deep cleaning” service. Once the ladies were finished they left and didn’t say anything about being complete. So I came from my room after 5-10mins of not hearing them anymore, to find they had packed up & left.

I would book again for general housekeeping for sure. But I would look else where for a deep clean for move ins, or move outs.

Pro Sparkle came yesterday to clean our 40 plus 1960’s windows, including storms. They were awesome! On time, extremely capable, problem solvers and a great team effort. I’m so thankful for my clean sparkly windows! Highly recommend!!

The ProSparkle Crew completed a post new construction clean for us. The guys were personable, professional, asked great questions, and were detail oriented.

We thought we would have to resurface our enamel tub. They left it looking brand new.

The guys even tackled our tough to reach light fixtures, wiped out vents, and prepped our cabinets/appliances to show finish. 10/10 will use their services again.

Unfortunately we won’t be using this company again. The cleaners were so respectful and wonderful and they earned their tip - this review is not about them. I will start by saying from the start it did not feel very professional to only be dealt with via text. I was given a clean date and told I’d be contacted at a later date for a time. I had to reach out myself to get the time the before the clean. The business did not follow up with me. I specifically asked for a deep clean and while some surfaces were thorough, others were not. The business was aware there was 3800 sq ft but only allows 2 cleaners 3 hours to do the job and makes them set a timer. You then get charged additional for having to hold the cleaners up by pointing out stuff they missed. Even after we let them leave I found food crumbs on counters, dust on blinds and a few surfaces not even touched. I would expect tile floors to be scrubbed, then mopped, not just mopped. I would expect under furniture on hardwood floors to be swept and mopped. I received more of a standard clean than a deep clean. They are simply too rushed to complete everything in 3 hours. A good deep clean can take a full day for less than what I paid today. Some people have come to do one floor one day and another floor a different day. So this isn’t really a respectable business model they’ve got going on on. With a baby due in 3-4 weeks I was really counting on a thorough deep clean and this company was unable to deliver that.

Update: further disappointed a remedy was not offered even after several pictures of items not touched were sent. Pics were requested so the more I looked the more I found. Unacceptable for dog hair and dust to be on floors and surfaces. Unacceptable for items to only be dusted around, not under. Company was aware of sq footage and sent 2 only allowing them 3 1/2 hours for a deep clean when I alone can’t surface clean the house in 3 hours. Company did admit there was not enough time - but that is not the customer’s fault. House was/is not a dump or very dirty to begin with as I keep up on surface cleans - corners/baseboards/ under furniture is a different story. Was willing to be a repeat customer and pay top dollar for it.

When I tell you best service I have ever gotten! I was so impressed! I couldn't believe how fast they worked, how unbelievably nice they were, they didn't mind my kid trying to help!They communicate before they show up, before they start cleaning, during cleaning and after! What they got done in 3.5 hours I can't even believe! I feel like I'm In a new house. I will continue to use them and only use them. And they don't judge a single bit. They came in and told me they got it and didn't complain or make me feel bad in anyway. 💕💕

Olivia and Fred came to our house today for the first time to clean. My husband and I have been having housekeepers come to our house for about the past 3 years; due to different circumstances the last year or so has been pretty inconsistent. I never realized how important this part of maintaining my home and keeping it a lovable and livable space, has been. When Olivia and Fred came today I felt kind of embarrassed because there was clutter and they helped me feel at ease right away and started working, were very respectable and just did a fantastic job! My husband and I are going to move forward with ProSparkle cleaning services on an ongoing basis and I am excited to know that this is going to make a tremendous positive difference in my life and in the life of my family. The business owner, Jason, is a class act and was very professional and helpful when it came to scheduling & paying for the service.

We did have a slight issue during the clean, but Jason was responsive, understanding, and quick to resolve.

I hired ProSparkle Cleaning ( Jason Ware) to power wash my 1922 historical wood home in Lindenwald. He went above and beyond and did an amazing job! His price was very reasonable and I would recommend him for all your cleaning needs.

I hired ProSparkle Cleaning for a deep cleaning — but it was such a hassle.

The cleaners didn't finish the tasks, left early and then invoiced me full price anyway.

➡️ Home surveillance video shows the cleaners packed up and left at 2 hours. It also shows that one of the cleaners exited the home mid-clean and was absent for 15 minutes.

Then the company sent me an invoice for what equated to more than 2.6 hours of work. They defended it as a “minimum fee” — refusing to acknowledge the break or the early departure. It’s not the customer's responsibility if cleaners choose to leave early.

➡️ The cleaners also didn't finish providing the services that were advertised on their website as included with a Deep Clean (and were specifically confirmed on our walk-through).

As soon as I finished at work and had the opportunity to walk the house, I emailed the company to express my concern. The fridge was still covered in dust, dirty baseboards and cobwebs on the ceiling fan — but the manager defended it.

He said they don't make any promise to deliver on all of the services that are listed as "included."

It took me turning to the Better Business Bureau as a neutral party for ProSparkle to correct the invoice.

EDIT: The owner now claims he adjusted the inaccurate invoice before I opened a case with the BBB. That is incorrect. I have timestamped emails to prove it.

This is exactly why I declined his phone call and told him I preferred email. I wanted a written record.

It's unfortunate Jason was unwilling to simply accept responsibility for his staff and offer a fair resolution privately.

Review the yelp reviews prior to hiring. We hired the company to do a move out clean from top to bottom and ask for the inside of the windows to be done. I did this b/c our normal move out cleaner was on vacation and she told us we needed to ask for the inside of windows to be done on the call to book.

The cleaners refused to do my home as they didnt want to do windows or wipe down the walls and baseboards for a move out clean.

The pictures are of the property that we needed cleaning done to and that the company stated that they could not clean in one day and it was too over whelming and I was told that there were things blocking the cleaners from working.

The laundry room had a water from the washer that leaked upon moving, but did not ask the cleaners to enter or clean that room.

Had the supervisor on speaker phone with the cleaners present and the cleaner said we never said any of that and this has happened before.

Just thoughts prior to hiring this company.

*****After posting the review I did get an apology from the company as one of the cleaners did not want to do the job. Also Need a Maid came out same day and did an awesome job and said what I was asking was standard move out service and charged a flat fee.
