Having three dogs, a cat, and very busy schedules our house can get pretty dirty. Carime and Sophia from Whistle While You Clean have done a fabulous job at providing us with a clean space to come home to time and time again. They are professional, polite, respectful, organized and detailed oriented. They take care of us and make sure we are 100% satisfied with the results every time. They are very accommodating with us if schedules change or things come up. They are always so sweet to our pups too - the dogs love hanging out with them! I would highly recommend the Whistle While You Clean team to anyone!! Carime is an outstanding owner, organizer, and cleaner!!

Called the number. Gentleman said it would be $350 for what amounted to about two hours' worth of work for one person. Then he proceeded to ask for credit card info over the phone for us to pay in full prior to doing the job, with no estimates and no contract. Well, only a fool would do this. So he said schedule the job on the site. Okay, fair enough. Their reviews are good, so ...

The site quoted $700 for the same work. We said 'no thanks'. We contacted another cleaner who is meeting us in two days to give an estimate with the rate being initially less than half of the phone quote. They also have good reviews.

Pro Housekeepers might be good, but why risk it with no estimate, no contract, and the requirement to pay up front?

DO NOT use them. The worst customer service and service ive ever experienced with a housekeeping service. Very poor communication. They are not local. I spoke with someone in Florida who was rude both times we spoke.

They are very responsive to my requests and have been flexible in terms of increasing (and decreasing at times) the amount of service I wanted. Great about using green products, too. I would highly recommend them.

Stay clear from this company and go with someone else. I have ordered a deep cleaning service, with added service for cabinet cleaning for extra fee from Pro Housekeepers business for my newly purchased home for August 18th, 2020. The day of the service the house keeper called me at 8.47 am asking if I will be there to let her in. I have informed her that I scheduled my service for 11 am that day. I was at the house waiting for the house keeper at 10.50 am, she did not arrive until 11.15 am. I told her I wanted her to concentrate cleaning the shower and the kitchen cabinets. I have asked the house keeper how long she needs to complete the job, she responded saying about 3 hours. When I came back to the house, I have noticed that nothing was done of which I asked for and paid for. I went through their deep cleaning list package that was advertised on their website for the package I have purchased and this is what I have found: None of the cabinets were cleaned. I could still see all the fingerprints and they were very sticky to touch. When I opened cabinets, it had dust inside of them, spilling, trash and crumbs everywhere. Ceiling fans were dusty and not cleaned. Baseboards were not cleaned, doors and light switch covers were not washed. Stove door glass was not cleaned and had spilling. Counter tops were sticky and had crumbs on them. Bathroom tiles still had soap scum all over, the glass door was dirty- it was obvious no attempt was made to clean it. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty. The floors all over the house still had crumbs and foot prints, all window sills and blinds had dust and dead flies on them. Nothing was done as advertised. When I called right after the service was done, lady called Stephanie didn't even say sorry or suggest to send someone else to re clean. She told me to send photos, which I did. Then next day another lady Jennifer responded to my email, saying that she was confused why I wasn’t happy, as they have refunded me for the cabinet cleaning. I have not received any refund whatsoever and I was not offered to have another house keeper sent to redo the job.

Kingdom cleaners did an amazing job! They were timely and thorough with our deep clean in our house that needed a lot of love. We were working within a budget and they went above and beyond to get as much done in the house as possible within our time/cost constraints. Wont hesitate to book them again in the future!
