Natalie first did a deep clean of our house and now comes regularly to give the place a standard clean. She leaves the house scrubbed and smelling fresh each time she is here, working from the moment she steps into the house until she has finished.

I was so fortunate to find this cleaning company. Natalie and Amanda did a thorough and amazing job in my kitchen and bathroom. After doing a super, well done, deep clean in the kitchen, I had an unfortunate sewage incident in which I was in immediate need of a cleaning company. She was able to come right away and help clean up the mess. Great rates and superior work ethic!

I have never had anyone come in and clean my house, so I was nervous at first. But Natalie did great job! I was most satisfied (and lucky) that she offered to come same day. Her response to my message was very quick, which I am a stickler for when I am paying someone to do something for me. She was thorough and even got some old stains off the wall. I will definitely be reaching again.

Natalie and James did the best job in deep cleaning our home. I have hired many cleaners through the years, but no one has cleaned as thoroughly as Purrfect Cleaning! They stayed until the job was completely done to our satisfaction. They are so good that we hired them to clean our new home for an initial deep clean, and for our monthly cleaning! Natalie and her husband were really sweet to work with! They were very responsive, not pushy, and gave good explanations upfront of what their cleaning would entail. They are also very open to feedback which is nice! Lastly, their pricing is fair in comparison to other companies we researched. Overall, they did a nice job!

Natalie and her team were amazing! Our apartment has never looked (or smelled) cleaner than it did after they were done! They made sure to pay attention to details and were so sweet with our cats as well. Definitely will be scheduling again!

My husband & I bought our first house together but before we could move in, we had to leave his studio apartment squeaky clean. He was working nights & I had business to do out of town so our schedules weren't in sync & it was difficult to get cleaning services over the weekend.
Thankfully, we found Purrfect Cleaning Co! Natalie was professional, friendly, & very prompt in answering my questions & was very thorough in her explanations! She & her partner left the apartment in great shape--including the inside of the fridge, stove, & cabinets! She then stayed for my final walk-through to make sure everything was up to my standards. I definitely recommend this cleaning company!
Of note--part of the apartment had carpet & while they do not do carpet cleaning, they still left the carpet very clean & vacuumed! 10/10!

I am injured with a bad back injury and also suffer from severe ptsd, anxiety and depression. With that being said, my place looked horrible and I honestly just felt helpless with it all. They did a fantastic job. Did my dishes and even made my bed. Very detailed. This company is a blessing. Very good people. Highly recommend!!

A classic example of you get what you pay for. I paid for this company to clean a vacant property of ours in preparation for our new tenants. Being that we live out of state, I hired this company knowing that we will be flying in the next evening to check in on this property. I should state that dealing with Natalie was a way better experience than dealing with her co-worker. Upon arriving we were appalled with what we walked into as you can see in the attached photos. Being that it was late I decided to wait until the next morning to text Natalie. She actually reached out to me first asking what we thought of their work. I sent her the attached photos and she was ashamed and apologized for missing these areas. At this point, we had to hire another company to get the job done correctly as we didn’t trust this company to come back. I’m glad we did hire a new company because when I had asked for a full refund minus their $20 parking that’s when I heard from the co-owner who was completely unprofessional and threatened to sue me for harassment if I write an honest review. He also stated that they worked for 10 hours at our property. Well, folks, this is what 10 hours of their work looks like. Do yourself a favor and read their BBB reviews before hiring.

Cassie and the yellow team are awesome, very friendly, polite, professional, helpful and efficient. The do an excellent job and I am so appreciative. So happy that I found them!! Angela is so nice to work with in the office too.

The Purple Team, with Joanne as Leader, provides outstanding care to my home. The bathrooms shine and even “look healthy.”
The services to my kitchen and all floors are excellent.
All Team members are professional. They know and use their skills in each room. I rate The Purple Team 10 out of 10.

I have been with the Maids for several years. The Yellow team has been doing a great job keeping our home clean and we have 2 dogs and a cat! They are attentive to details and I really feel like my home is really “clean” as if I did it myself when they come. Ladies , your work is wonderful and we are so grateful for you!

The Maids do a great job! They are friendly and trustworthy. I have used them for years and never had a bad experience.The Red team usually does my home and it's been great to get to know them.

Monday December 2nd, 2024. Really great job this AM. Team purple: Hope, Andrea, Lou. Dusting, vacuuming, wood floors, window sills….looking terrific and smelling wonderful. So happy with this crew.

Christine and the Red Team tackled my construction dust from remodeling. The floors look the right color again! The dining chairs are fit to sit in. And the bedrooms smell good again. They did all charging in at the very end of the day without hesitation. Thank you Red Team!
