I've used United Window Cleaners for several years, but Jonathan stand out. He is pleasant, professional, timely, hard working, efficient, does a quality job. As soon as he arrived on our property he introduced himself pleasantly, surveyed the outside & inside of the house and clearly communicated his plan for sequencing the work. He communicated when he left the property for lunch & expected return. In the past I've had window washers who refuse to dust off the sills in our 2.5 story great room which I think is a reasonable request. Didn't even have to ask Jonathan - he was already doing it. Did a great job cleaning 2 ceiling fans in our great room with extended poles. Windows truly sparkle. I had a window washer give up mid-job a few years ago "you have too many windows". Clearly this experience with Jonathan was a refreshing change. I don't know how you hold onto such a conscientious employee with wonderful interpersonal skills - but do it! Hope to see Jonathan working on our house again next year & training other employees. This young man who reflects so well on your business has the capacity to go far with the right opportunities.

UPDATE: The contractor came by in person and let me know the misunderstanding on my part. Downspouts were cleaned and my house had some subpar add ons which he offered to fix right then and there. Resolved all issues and will work with them in the future.

Outdated:
I would not recommend this company. I scheduled with them to get a gutter cleaning for a date a few weeks from my call. During the call I mentioned that another company was cheaper but had a longer wait and charged for downspout clearing, their rep laughed and remarked that was such a scam thing to charge for and that he was glad they would be a week earlier. They were not.

A few days past my scheduled date I called in to inquire and was told a week out, a second missed date and I called again and this time they actually seemed to care and pushed me up to two days later. This wasn't the biggest issue but I would have appreciated if they reached out to let me know of delays.

The biggest issue was while they were late, cost more, and disparaged the other company they didn't even clear my down spouts. I just found this today and the gutters are clean so this is old deposit enough to fill a plant pot if I shake it out. (Pics included)

I wish I could give United window Cleaning 10 stars or more! They are amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking g to have their windows cleaned. I can’t believe the difference it has made to have such sparkling clean windows. Larry, who is the gentleman who did the windows, worked tirelessly from 8:30 am to after 4:00 pm to wash the 35+ windows and storms both inside and out. His work ethic was outstanding.
I needed to get the windows done in a very short time due to listing the house for sale. The company went out of their way to get me on the schedule. Danielle who I worked with was quick to answer my call, send someone over for an estimate and answer my questions quickly. There is good reason why this family owned business has been in business for over 100 years. It is because they excel at what they do and have superb customer service.

3. Extremely pleasant and professional
4. Thorough job
5. Did in 3 hours what would have taken my husband and me a full day or more, and we’d have never been able to do nearly as good of a job

CONS:
1. Should have hired them to do my windows years ago

Mike cleaned all the windows inside and out on our home, as well as the fire lanterns . He was here all day in 90 degree weather and worked hard! They look fabulous!! Really makes such a difference! He was great to work with and very reliable! Services were awesome and will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks Mike!
