We had the opportunity to utilize Walker early last year for cleaning our training classrooms in our corporate office. We debated replacing but figured that we might as well attempt a cleaning. Rob was easy to reach and coordinate with. He was able to lift heavy traffic stains and save us from a costly new carpet purchase.

Working with Walker Cleaning Services was a good experience. They were on time, professional, and fairly priced. Robert answers the phone when I call him, and I recommend him to anyone that needs carpet/flooring cleaned.

Walker was great to work with! Professional and super customer service which is hard to find these days as COVID as turned many companies into “I don’t Care” mentality. We had Pro Care scheduled they confirmed and Never Showed Up. Didn’t care they messed up or tried to make it right. I called Walker late Saturday and he took great care in my frustration of needing our carpets cleaned quickly. And Did An Excellent Job too!

He was able to remove a tough stain and the carpets look like new! I would highly recommend his service and will have him back for furniture cleaning as well!

Robert Walker did a fantastic job! He was on time, considerate that I worked from home, friendly and courteous. The carpet looks amazing (and we have a brand new puppy) and he was so fast that it took me by surprise. We didn't have to wait to move the furniture back in our living room either. Seamless, efficient, I will absolutely be calling him again!

We used Walker Services when our dog unfortunately had a stomach bug all over our carpet. It was terrible and I thought we would have to replace all of it… it was THAT bad! Rob somehow pulled all of the stains and smell out of the carpet- it’s unbelievable! I’m still in shock! 10/10 recommend!

Robert Walker was very professional and prompt with his carpet cleaning services. My carpet was a mess before with dog odor and stains from the kiddos. But Robert was able to bring my carpet back to life, thoroughly cleaned the carpets and area rug. My house carpet not only looks fantastic now but it also has a pleasant clean Aroma you can smell threw out the house. Walker was able to remove old pet stains from our carpet. Robert was very professional and respectful of our home. He responded quickly to my text to request a service call, called on his way and arrived on time. He explained the process to me and got right to work. I would definitely use Walker again!

For a "deep clean" the lady still left many things undusted, mirrors uncleaned, baseboards still dirty, and it didn't even look like she vacuumed. They sent another cleaner but she didn't have the right tools to high dust. Very disappointed. I could have cleaned and saved myself hundreds of dollars and done the job just as good as they did. Don't waste your money.
