I am selling my home and needed a deep cleaning. The employee they sent out performed a horrible job. When I called they immediately sent out a different employee the next day. Sheena did a marvelous job. Cleaning everything that was missed and even went over what was done the day before. Thank you Merry Maids You put in the extra effort to make sure the customer was satisfied.

Ashley is great. She put in a lot of hard work to get our home where it should be. Would love for her to come back if possible.

I have been using Merry Maids since 1995 and am very happy with the work they do for me. There have only been a couple of times that I had to have them come back and redo the floors. I do wish I could have the same people come but I understand that is not always possible. Other than that, I am very happy with them.

I was absolutely pleased with the cleaning in my home on 2/21/19 ! Very professional and detailed the cleaning requests I had for my home ! And I was very very impressed with the way my hardwood floor turned out in my kitchen :) :) I will most definitely be using Merry Maids Eastgate again ! Angela and Jennifer you two Rocked it out thank you so much !!

Myrissa did a fantastic job and she was able to communicate with me extremely well (it seems to be difficult for some people to remember that I am deaf/speech read). I am very pleased!!!

Merry Maids cleaned my home three times. The first was a deep clean, which was not a deep clean after I viewed the results. I contacted the office manager and on the next clean, the employee of Merry Maids did do the additional services I paid for on the deep clean. Yesterday Merry Maids cleaned my home for a third time. The Merry Maids employee used an abrasive product. As a result the the stainless steel on my stove and refrigerator were scratched, along with my stainless steel trash can. I called the office and sent in photos. Merry Maids denied all accountability and stated they do not provide any products that do this damage. Obviously something was used that the employee brought or she used my dish scrubber. I was very disappointed and canceled my service.

The service was excellent. Kathy and Shonda did very good work. However I gave notice to Lisa Thursday that I am cancelling as I feel I can no longer afford it. If I feel different in the future, I would call Merry Maids to do the job. JB

Things started off well, did walk through with employee who took notes and was given a far estimate. But when they sent the cleaning crew, only part of the work was complete correct. Call them back to let them know about the problem and what specifically wasn’t complete . Company sent another person to address our concerns and that person even skipped some of the specific items we complained about in the first place. In turn, I ended up making an unwanted 400 mile trip back and had to redo all of the work correctly so my home would be ready for the open house on Monday.

I use to think Marry Maids was one of the better cleaning companies out there, but now I completely disagree with that. I definitely did not get my moneys worth!

Consistent cleaning service. I have used others where the level of cleanliness declined the longer we used the service. We've been with Merry Maids for about a year and our house is consistently clean every time. The staff are professional. Great communication to remind us of appointments, when the staff are coming and going from the house. Highly recommend.

We have had other maid services over the years. Most of the time they start off strong, then they start cutting corners, and the results suffer.
Merry Maids, specifically Samantha, have done a great job every time.

I requested service to help clean for the holiday season due to a medical condition in the household leaving little time for cleaning. Amy came out and provided an estimate and explained what services would be done. I called and scheduled with the number provided. The cleaner's name was Mary, and she did an excellent job. She was friendly and moved through the house quickly taking on all the tasks that had been outlined in the estimate. She did a great job and we will continue using her services for maintenance cleaning throughout the holiday season.

We have been working with Merry Maids and Darrion for many months and they are dependable and do a wonderful job! The cleaning is always consistent and thorough and they are very friendly! Would highly recommend this business!

My review is based on a year+ of cleanings. Samantha and Michele are fantastic and always do a good job- this review is not about them. They are why we stayed with the company for as long as we did. Along the way we had frequent issues including an incident of an employee going through our medicine cabinet. If it wasn't Michele or Samantha, without exception, it was a superficial clean and I always had to redo something. When we were newer customers I brought up specific issues and they had been willing to address them with a reclean. However, after a series of issues my husband called (twice) to speak about the ongoing concern and no one ever called him back. The last straw was a very passive aggressive manager interaction.

Samantha and Darrion are a fantastic team! The house has NEVER looked this good!! I just can't get over how incredible the work they did on our first deep clean. The front of ever cabinet, every surface. Just perfection. Can't wait to have them back! Thank you!

After having some negative experiences with other cleaning services, I have really enjoyed getting my home cleaned regularly by Merry Maids! I’ve been a customer for about 6 months and get my home cleaned every other week. Every cleaner who has come into my home has been very polite, professional and done a fantastic job. Very pleased and I highly recommend! :)

Jill came today to clean 2 story, 3500 square foot house and she did a fabulous job. One person, cleaning that large of a house an in ~ 2.5 hours?!?
Very impressed! She did such a great job that we plan to request her for our monthly service in the future.
Reasonably priced, exceptional work and wonderful employee! Speaks volumes of the company as a whole!
