Merry Maids is absolutely wonderful! My job causes my schedule to be very inconsistent which makes it difficult to schedule long term. Merry Maids works with me so that my home can still be serviced regularly. And my service provider, Carolyn is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Thank you Carolyn for always doing a fantastic job of keeping my home clean!

We booked Merry Maids to come clean our house as our wedding is this weekend and we have a lot of family coming in town to stay with us. We needed a refresh done for us since we are limited on time. We requested a deep clean and were quoted $309, we accepted and we had a girl come to clean. After she left I went around the house to look around as I was looking forward to have this stress lifted off of me as I walked the clean hardwood floors & saw some dusted baseboards... soon to find that the job was NOT completed to satisfaction. The stairs had hair and dust on them (we have dogs... which was communicated, but these were not cleaned), the showers were not cleaned fully with dried cleaning product left on the bath handles and the over head shower nozzle not cleaned at all. The toilets had dust/dirt on them, the windows were not cleaned, blinds not dusted, surfaces not dusted... Just truly disappointing. I will now have to rush to finish work in order to clean our home for company that will be arriving in an hour. We did call and were given $100 back and an offer to come back (no time)... but $209 to at best surface clean our home is so disappointing!!

Merry Maids came to my house to clean and I’m not sure what they did but cleaning was not on the list. When we showed up to move into our home, because we TRUSTED them to do their jobs, we couldn’t move it. Our house was filthy!

There only solution was to come backs we are trying to move into our new home. We didn’t have time for this as everything else was on a schedule. Which we already had to push back because they cancelled the first appointment.

When I asked for 50% back they refused. So I guess have fun with the money you scammed from us Lisa and Amy. And have the days you deserve.

They know that they messed up my move in by not completing the job. They didn’t even clean everything they talked to my husband about. They refuse to fix this situation.
