We contacted Dawson for our furnace because it was having issues reaching the set temperature on the thermostat. They came and said they couldn't find anything wrong at first then said they would have to send a senior tech out that was more knowledgeable than them because it acted like it was mis calibrated when it was installed in 2022. Mind you my furnace was working and heating somewhat before they came out and about 5 minutes or less after they left the fan kept running but no flame was igniting. So I called them back no answer, I called another number no answer, I finally got ahold of the owner and let him know what was going on he told me to give him afew minutes and he would call me back so it's been over 5 hours and still no call. So we called another company to come out to look at it which was 4th GEN HVAC and they used to work for Dawson by the way they got it fixed and basically all it was is that the limit switch reset needed to be reset from Dawson tripping it.
