Rick was incredible. Talked me through the issue step-by-step and made me feel very comfortable with the fix and estimate. Would highly recommend him and the rest of the HELP team for any water heater issues.

After contacting 2 different prominent company’s in our area. I should have called HELP first. The entire process was seamless from the online experience. The phone interaction and finally the technician/s showing up and explaining process and giving updates along the way.

Matthew was very professional and courteous and went right to work! I have no complaints about his work and he even called the company that manufactured my furnace to see how long the manufacturers warranty would still be in force! Everything went well!!

Went out of his way to answer questions and is just a delightful human being who really represents the company well with his expertise and his qualities as a very special person who takes pride in what he does, and makes it a point to bring a healthy, congenial disposition with him. Another great experience with HELP! Being a member provides peace of mind for 2 furnaces, electric and plumbing needs. Dx and recommendations made, allows me time to consider course of action . I have counted on this company for over 30 years and never been disappointed.

Tim came to replace our garbage disposal. He was on time, called before he arrived and was courteous. Very thorough, explained things well, and showed his work afterwards. He cleaned up after himself, and did a great job!

He is great! I called because my toilet was stopped up. But after I got here he asked if I had other drainage problems. I did. The bathroom sink which he then fixed. And then best of all he went downstairs to check the drains and found out one of my floor drains had overflowed with sewage in about an 18” circle. He snaked that and the water he said which was just under the cover went whoosh and completely drained away. I was happy to pay for 3 drain clearings. Years ago I had a terrible sewage flood in the entire basement. Now I can periodically check the drain and use my additional low-cost snakes. HELP I love you. Barb King

What a great employee. Very experienced and very knowledgeable with the furnace circuit board. He was quick on the job and had the furnace up and running faster than I expected. Also the girls that take the calls for the company are very professional and courteous and gave great customer service. I’m sticking with this company for all my home repairs! DJ

Once again, great service from HELP! Had a small plumbing issue, but since it was late at night, it turned into an emergency situation for us. HELP tech was responsive and did a great job. Thanks Nick (sorry don’t recall last night)

Sebastian did an outstanding job during my annual plumbing check-up. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. In addition to ensuring everything was in working order, he tightened the bolts on my toilet and flushed out the hot water heaters. I definitely recommend HELP.

Today Jake and Dave came to clean my dryer vent cleaned out all the ducts and registers did an awesome job very friendly and professional. Jake called me later that evening asked if he could stop by because he forgot to turn a switch back on that could have caused problems he came back all is good very professional!!! Hopefully next time when I need this done again I can trust him to do a great job.

I never leave reviews but wanted to leave one for the HVAC tech Nick L. He was so nice, understanding, and explained everything to me that I needed to know in a way I would understand. He was the best tech I’ve ever had at my house. Thank you Nick!

Our 16 yr old propane water heater bottom started leaking. Called HELP, who sent a technician early the next morning to evaluate the condition of the system. Michael reviewed the status of the water heater and water system incoming for our 37 year old home. We discussed updates to keep our home problem free for the next 30+ years, and we decided to include replacement of a leaking 26 yr old water softener, updating shut off valves and pressure regulator. The crew led by Aiden, arrived early Monday morning with all the needed parts. They reviewed how the process would unfold through the day and answered all of our questions. The work started swiftly with minimal disruption as I work from home. The crew was courteous and friendly. The work was completed in several hours including cleanup. The finished product looked very professionally installed. It all is working as it should, with a noticable improvement in water pressure and hot water availability following the repairs. I'm very happy and satisfied with the products installed and work done. We had worked with HELP in 2024 to replace our HVAC. Again very helpful and low pressure sale. We have had very good experiences and recommend HELP.

I used HELP to assess my furnace for a presale inspection. JJ was a truly amazing technician. If I could give him more stars I would!! He patiently took apart and cleaned and inspected my 31 year old furnace. He knew so much information about HVAC and the tiniest detail's he was unsure about, he called someone to ask and figured out what he needed to know to do the job correctly. Very impressed by his integrity, honesty and work ethics. He is a true asset to your company. There aren’t many who take pride in the job they do these days. Thank you JJ you were such a blessing to me today. And AJ was also a great help. Great work! I will definitely use this company again!

Carter and Garrick both did an amazing job diagnosing the issue with our furnace. They then sat down with me to explain all of the available options related to repair and replacement, even drawing out illustrations to help me fully understand the pros and cons of each possible path. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service my wife and I received from both of them. They stayed well into the evening as we weighed our choices. Both also assisted us with our home warranty. 10/10 recommend because of these two!

I had a free plumbing inspection of my entire house as a part of the contract with HELP as well as the installation of a kitchen faucet. The inspection was thorough and Owen even tightened up a toilet seat and connection!
My technician was polite knowledgeable and personable.

I will update this after tomorrow's installation, but I am pleased with the way the diagnostic appointment was handled. When my furnace first started malfunctioning intermittently, I called the company that had installed it. The woman I spoke to was thorough, helpful, and friendly, --but no one ever showed up for the appointment. By contrast, my experience with HELP! so far has been quite positive. On the phone, Bethany was very helpful and was was quite patient with my explanation of the rather complicated sequence of events with my furnace. On the day of the appointment, Kyle not only showed up but was clearly familiar with the information I had given Bethany. Considering how rare good communication seems to be these days, that was a pleasant surprise. The unpleasant surprise was that the problem was more serious than I had expected, but Kyle's explanation was clear and thorough and made sense. It turned out that a repair was possible but would be expensive. A new furnace, of course, is even more expensive; but given the age of my system, I decided that replacement made more sense. Kyle then called someone else to come over to deal with theSale. Like Kyle, Harrison was also very thorough, patient, and personable, and worked up four options for me to consider. All in all, the situation cost me considerably more time and a great deal more money than I had been expecting, but I think that everything was handled well, and I believe that calling this company was a good decision. I will write another review after my new system has actually been installed; but so far, five stars. (To clarify my response to the questions below, the cost of today's diagnostic appointment was minimal. I will address the cost of the new system separately.)

DECEMBER 2: i waited a week after installation to update this review in order to make sure that everything was working properly because in past dealings with HVAC companies and plumbers, I have sometimes found that they had to make a second (and, on one occasion, even a third) trip to fix things that they failed to do properly the first time. Not in the case --as far as I can tell, everything is working just the way it should be. Tyler, Noah, and Homero installed the furnace; Will installed the new water heater. Tyler and Will handled the communications. They all did a great job. I tend to be a bit cynical because I have had so many dealings with workers who seemed to be lacking in know-how and/or common sense, but this team was thoroughly professional. They clearly knew what they were doing, and they were thorough, communicative, and even considerate --a rarity these days. The furnace installation took longer than they might have expected, but instead of leaving my basement in chaos with the promise to finish the next day, they stayed until the job was done. This is the first time I have dealt with this company, and I have no way of knowing whether their service is always this good, but so far I am extremely pleased. I can't think of any reason to give this crew anything other than five stars.

We were smelling electricity and our breaker box was hot. We called four companies on Sunday night to get an emergency visit. All answering service devices told us they would call us Monday morning. HELP was the first and only company that returned our call. Michael came out on Monday, immediately knew the problem with our 47 year old breaker box. As we suspected it needed to be replaced. He was able to "fix" the wiring to hold it to the next day and ensure we would not have a fire. He came out the very next morning and installed a new box. He check all our outlets and appliances to ensure that everything was working before he left and cleaned up his work area. We was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We were very pleased with Michael as our service technician. We felt HELP was very responsive and was a professional company.

My husband and I have been using HELP for years and have never been disappointed. Everyone that has ever come out has been friendly and knowledgeable. They never overcharge, leave a mess, or do a bad job. We had a new furnace installed, had some trouble getting it to work because of our old exhaust pipes. HELP sent someone out ASAP. They truly went above and beyond to get everything up and running. From going to multiple supply houses to find a part we needed to working on Christmas Eve. Especially our original installer, he not only came back out but climbed up on our roof in the freezing cold and wind to rerun the pipes. Some companies would have left us hanging but you guys did not. Thank you!
