Josh did an amazing job! He was very kind and courteous! He wore boot covers and put covers on the wheels of the drain snake to make sure my floors stayed clean. He was here about an hour, and got my floor drain in the basement cleared. Fantastic service and price! Even when I scheduled them out, the lady who made my appointment was extremely nice! I HIGHLY recommend HELP!

My old boiler from the 50s gave out. HELP did a professional job with the new installation. Shoutout to the installers who put in a lot of work: Darren, Bryce, Tyler, and Homer.
The boiler did have some initial issues. However, HELP quickly sent out one of their most knowledgeable techs, JJ Engelbert to diagnose and quickly resolve the issue. I was very happy with his thoroughness and technical knowledge. He answered all my questions, got the boiler running again and made it a very pleasant experience. -
JJ was my advanced field tech who chauffeured me around on a ride-a-long. We went to this customers home to diag a condensers unit that was frozen over in frigid, icey conditions and although we encountered some complications like a language barrier and more we we able to defrost her system. Test her return lines and ensure her unit was safely and properly operational before we departed. Upon the departure, we notified the customer the best we could ( due to language barriers) about our visit. We packed, up cleaned up, double check and left without a trace.
Thank you HELP and JJ. -
The technicians dealing with the new HVAC installation were great. However, the telephone operator needs to know that if certain problems are not addressed in a timely manner bigger problems could result when a new compressor may have coolant leaking from it. She only got a technician out after I called the person from HELP who sold me the HVAC system.

I had Alex and Ben come out to troubleshoot a challenging sewer drain issue. They were the nicest, most educated, and professional people I have met. The only reason I am sticking with HELP is because of these guys, otherwise HELP is super expensive. Just at the beginning of the project so I can only hope for the continued greatness!!! Thank you both!!!

The technician was great. The customer service reps on the phone were polite and professional. People were the best part of the experience.
What I didn’t like was them trying to reschedule me twice. I agreed once. Second time I had an appointment from 3-5. Tech got there at 6:30. I do appreciate that they called to let me know. I was then told that the part couldn’t be gotten that day. I appreciate the honesty I don’t think I’d call again, simply for the fact of rescheduling. However if I joined the club and paid a monthly fee I could get priority scheduling. Doesn’t sit well with me. -
Very disappointed in your service. Your Heating technician said my 2 furnaces need to be replaced. They both had rust on the Heat Exchange and this rust could break through the line and cause Carbon Dioxide Poisoning. He wanted me to meet immediately with his sales lead to purchase new units. I did not feel comfortable with his comments and called another HVAC company for a 2nd opinion. This other company took apart both furnaces down to the Heating Exchange and NO RUST anywhere. The other company was shocked I was told this data by HELP. Lying to me to get a sale is very disappointing. I will never use your services again! I also had to pay out of pocket for this 2nd opinion but well worth it. (I have a video and pictures of both of my Heating Exchange units with NO RUST). I hope this technician is reprimanded for lying to me. Please be aware of this unprofessional sales tact which would have cost me major fees and the worry over dying...from carbon dioxide poisoning.
I can forward you the video, pictures and name of the 2nd HVAC company.
Thank you

I purchased a new hvac system from them less than 3 years ago. I was told that if I took their loyalty program that the monthly payments would build up and could be used to offset any repairs or replacements that needed to be done in the future. after my hvac check-up this month I was told I needed a $100.00 furnace filter, I asked them to charge it against my built-up balance and was then told it was only good for a hvac replacement. Had I known that I would have turned down their filter as you can purchase 3 compatible filters online for $100.00. Needless to say, I cancelled their loyalty program as I should not need a hvac system for many years.
