I called Ammerman Heating and Cooling at approximately 4:00pm and there was a service specialist at my home in less than an hour! He was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. The price for the service call was very reasonable and I am very pleased with my working fireplace! I highly recommend this company, and fully intend to use their services in the future! ❤️

I have been a customer since 1998 when I purchased my home and needed service for heating in 1999. As luck would have it Ammerman Heading &Cooling had written the phone number on the furnace and I called them to come check out the issue. I needed a new furnace and at that time Mr. Ammerman gave me options for repairing an almost 30 year old furnace and for replacing same furnace. With parts being scarce I opted for new furnace which was professionally installed within four days. Over the past twenty years I have relied on Ammerman heating and cooling for maintenance and repair of both heating and cooling systems and now I was at a point where I can keep repairing the system each year and costs going up each year or replacing the system. I called Joe Ammerman and he came out looked at my furnace and as I already knew the parts for my current system are not readily available and prices getting higher each year I asked for prices to replace both the furnace and the AC unit as it had given up over the summer. That was Saturday evening and today I had a new furnace and AC unit installed. The work was done professionally and clean up was done as well. I cannot express how excellent this company is, this is now the second generation of Ammerman heating and cooling I think and you can tell this is old school trustworthy company that does the job well and affordable and most importantly it is done correctly. You will not find a better family run business.

Very happy with the timing and install service of my new unit. The servicemen were here at 9 am, and all was wrapped up by 4 pm or so.
Staff was courteous and respectful of my home. Both heat and ac work great when tested. EJ and Mark took time to explain the thermostat setting and reviewed the paperwork and Warranty registration. Overall a great experience. Thanks so much.

The guys that work here are great. Every time I’ve used them they’ve been polite, professional, friendly and helpful. Ammerman really tries to do right by their customers and give them the best service at the lowest prices. I’ve been ready to buy a whole new system twice now, but they always figure out what’s wrong and fix it for me without taking advantage of my frustration, or desperation. I will use them again.

Ammerman came highly recommended on a Facebook post I made asking for a good and affordable company in the area. They were professional, prompt, and they had (by far) the best price of the four estimates we received to replace our heat pump system. Joe and his crew seem to take pride in doing right by the customer. Very satisfied!

Had a new system installed spring 2022 for 17k. Not even a year later it's not cooling as it should so a technician comes out says it's leaked freon and owner won't cover cost because that's not part of warranty. Month later they were out again for same reason and freon leaked again this time I was not charged and apparently a bad coil now. Coil was not replaced even though under warranty because would need more freon which I refuse to pay for and even though he was paid 17k he wouldn't in good faith cover it. Instead he gave me number to call manufacturer and battle it out with them. Six months later and outrageous energy bills each month, still fighting to get a 2 year old system fixed. Even though he received 17k not once has he called in those 6 months to say hey how's it going or better yet to say hey in good faith I need to get this system fixed. Such a joke of a place and would never recommend not even to my worse enemy.

This company absolutely Rocks!!! Our Air Conditioning went out this last Saturday. I called up 4 Companies. 1 came out that day and gave us a quote. It seemed quite high. A friend told me about Ammerman so I called them up on Sunday. This is a Christian owned company. The owner was spending time with his kids at Coney, but said that he would stop buy later. He did a thorough inspection of my existing equipment, he asked pertinent questions to know our needs, and then made several recommendations. I told him the 2 scenarios I liked. He immediately went home and got me 2 quotes that night (remember this is still Sunday). After he answered some questions I had on Monday, I chose the package I wanted (on Monday night). They were ready to install on Wednesday morning. The owner (Joe) came by with 3 other workers - EJ, John, and Joe's Son (Joe). They were all nice, personable, answered all my questions, and just simply put me at ease. They removed the old HVAC system (furnace\air conditioning), disposed of it properly, installed the new (that day), took time to show me everything that was done and how to work our new system, and cleaned up before they left and sad to say it was cleaner when they left than when they got there. They did not leave until they made sure that I was 100% satisfied and then made sure I had all of their contact information. What I Professional and Polished group of just nice people!!! And would I recommend them to someone else... YES! Thanks Ammerman!!

Ammerman was absolutely amazing! Called this morning with a no heat and had a crew to me in 20 mins! EJ and his partner went through our whole system touched base on prices and what was going on throughout and have a solution for it! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service from the office to the owner to the techs! They have definitely earned my business!

Ammerman installed our new Bosch heat pump. Its still early, but it is working great. We got a little bit of a high-end system, but his pricing was comparable to other guys with less efficient systems. The guys are friendly, clean, and organized. Its borderline picky, but some of their metal working isn't the tightest.

Ammerman’s tech, EJ, called us back quickly and arrived the next day to repair our AC unit. A circuit board had to be ordered, which took a couple of days to come in, but EJ got it replaced as soon as it came in. He was professional and pleasant to work with. We recommend Ammerman for your AC repairs.

I can't say enough about Joe. We had another company come out and charge us for basically nothing. Joe came out on Christmas Eve to take a look at our furnace. He could have easily told us to get a new one due to it's age. He gave us what we how to be a few more years on our current system and didn't try to take advantage of us like the prior company. He was responsive, kept his word, and was fair. We appreciate him and the professional service he provided!! Thank you!
