Our furnace went out late in a Friday night and Darrin was there is 20 minutes and installed a new one the next day. He’s very friendly and gets the job done.

Absolutely amazing service we bought a nest thermostat and it absolutely threw our heating and cooling system off causing my blower motor to Malfunction because of voltage issues. Their technician Andrew came through and explain what the issue was he was on time polite and courteous and provided excellent customer service. He Had our unit up and running in less than an hour now our house is cool and comfy. I wouldn’t recommend any other service 🙏🏽

Very Reliable and is Customer Focused! I highly recommend Westside Heating & Air. My A/C went out and Andrew came out at 10pm at night and got my unit running. I knew my could was uprepairable and decided to have a new unit installed. Andrew was able to order and install my unit quickly within a few days. Andrew communicated daily with me and went the extra mile to check my existing unit until my new unit was able to be installed. I will always use this company...very loyal and honest!! I was having some issues with carbon monoxide and gas inside my house and contacted Darren . This man took time out of his day not once not twice but answered my calls 4 times and walked me through the steps that I should take to eliminate the issue. I felt as if I was talking to a family member and not a buisness owner. He not only helped me come to a conclusion but he called me and asked if there was anything else he could do. He didn't ask for a dime! This is a company that looks to help people and not always putting what they can make off of you first. If your looking for a company that puts people first this is the one. These guys really saved me! My tenant called me at 11:50PM saying that their air conditioning unit wasn't blowing cold air. Given the upcoming 90+ day heat stretch, I knew I needed to act quickly! Searching for an HVAC company, I stumbled upon Westside Heating & Air Conditioning and gave them a call at MIDNIGHT. I was not expecting anyone to answer, but lo and behold, Darrin picked up IMMEDIATELY! We talked through the A/C unit issue and he was able to come out the next day, diagnose the problem, and make the fixes/replace parts right then and there! What I appreciate about Darrin is he's very honest and blunt about the condition of your unit. He never upsold me and just replaced the parts that he identified as a problem and then took the time to show me why these older parts weren't performing. He fixed the A/C and the the tenants were much appreciative; I've had no complaints since!

Further, I ended up texting Darrin on a Saturday late afternoon to get some help with choosing the appropriate filter for my furnace. He immediately called me to give his input, which is something I was not expecting him to do!

If you ever have any issues with your HVAC system and need someone to talk to/get the job done right the first time, Darrin and Westside Heating are your guys!

Would give more than 5 stars if it were an option. Darrin came out to my mother in laws house on an emergency call. It was a Saturday and he was very patient with her. He gave her a few different options and didn't pressure her into a new unit. She decided to on her own and the new unit was installed today and he also took the time to give her tips on settings and vents. So many others would have taken advantage of an 83 year old.

Our AC was out on Friday nite we called Westside heating Darrin was at our house in less than an hour! He got cooling again fast!

I walked out to his truck with him while he was putting up his tools he had the the most organized truck I have ever seen stocked with everything for AC repair you could think of highly recommend Westside heating

Inconsiderate. Parking work vehicles alone residential areas during snow emergency preventing snow plows from clearing the roads.* This was NOT during a service call.

Darren came out on a Sunday after our AC quit working. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem by Monday afternoon. He was able to fix the existing system rather than advocating for complete replacement like most other companies would. He even alerted us to a couple other issues he found while working and fixed those as well. Very satisfied with his work. Thank you!

I reached out to him inquiring about his next availability. unfortunately since eI am renting he couldn't assist me. Due to the place I am living . I told him about how I have been complaining how our central air isn't working and my landlord office has been giving me the run around. We talked about som exportable AC units etc. He told me what kind to buy and what to look for. later on he sent me a text with a link to one. I really appreciated that . went out of his way to help me even though he wasn't able to come . Those are the kind of people we need to put our money into!! thank you again for all of your help!

Several years ago, the original (1937) boiler furnace of my house was needing some upgrades in order for the furnace to be turned on each year. Darrin didn't try to pressue me to purchase a brand new furnace. Rather, he said the furnace was in great shape, that there was a solution and he then made it happen. Darrin Lawhorn is reliable, honest, respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable. I have an old boiler that is difficult to work on and I'm the type of person who likes to understand how everything works. I was working with a general contractor on another project and he recommended Darrin. Darrin explained everything in detail and wasn't bother by me looking over his shoulder. His service costs are more than fair and he was able to address my boiler/heating issues the same day. I've already passed his information on to friends as it is difficult to find reliable individuals who understand boilers. I was having some problems with my AC unit, where my AC was short cycling. They made a few repairs and got it to work perfect again. Is been a few years now… they are my go to… super friendly and professional.
Since I started using them, my AC and furnace are working in perfect conditions.
The prices are fair. They have a lot of knowledge. They are super easy to work with and very responsive.
