I have used JonLe Heating and Cooling for a number of years at me previous residence and now at my current location. They have always given us the highest quality service and professionalism from installation of a entire hvac system to yearly maintenance. I have always highley recommended them to friends and family.

JonLe Heating & Cooling is the company that. Installed our systems in our new house 5 years ago and we have had the annual maintenance contract with them since. They are very organized and scheduling is easy. We feel like we are in good hands with this company watching over our equipment.

We have been with JonLe for over 3 years now. Love the promptness, respectful and excellent service, and the connection they maintain in reminding us to have someone check and service our equipment for longevity. Couldn't be happier.

JonLe provides thorough service along with a good detailed summary report for each seasonal maintenance visit. Their technicians and sales personnel are easy to communicate with and respect the home space by putting on shoe coverings before entering the home each time. We have been a customer for 15 years and have been satisfied the entire time!

Answering Service was very courteous and knowledgeable. The technician we had (Matt) was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the problem was and what needed to be done to correct it. He also explained some items that will need attention in the near future. My family has used JonLe for many years and highly recommended them.

I recently had my annual pre-heating season system checkout. The service technician was on time, and I received both a text and e-mail when he was on his way. Chad is professional and friendly. He gave me updates on what he did and made sure I understood it. His work was thorough and gives me peace of mind that my furnace is in good working order for the upcoming winter. I asked him to reset my filter maintenance minder which he gladly did. I am a very happy customer of West Chester Heating & Cooling.

I really like Jonlee because of their professionalism during my regular seasonal checks for ac/ furnace . I purchased my furnace from them years ago and I was pleased with them giving me comparable products and prices to choose from with a patient and seamless experience. The Jonle guys just completed the 2x / year service and were great to work with. From putting booties on before they entered the house, to their quick, efficient and effective work, to their knowledge- all was great. I recommend them all the time!

Jonle Heating & Cooling has been providing me service for many years. I have them come out twice a year for maintenance and they have a discounted rate if you sign up for the 2x year maintenance package. They send the same guy out each time so you get to know them and they know you. Great company and great employees.

We had our new system installed by Jon Le. When built our house in 2021. They installed that one. So 24 years later when we needed a new system , there was no question. Their technicians are, friendly and knowledgeable. They serviced our system the first 24 years and we will definitely have them service our new one. Thank you for you wonderful service!!

I just had my annual pre winter furnace system maintenance. My technician was Mark. He was very efficient. He also made some good recommendations that could improve my system. Jonle has been servicing my HVAC system for many years and I regularly have a service contract with them. I have always been very satisfied with the service they provide.

The technicians were very friendly and knowledgable. They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix the problem. They also told me my unit was under warranty for parts and labor, so I did not have to pay for the service. That was a nice surprise! Thank you JonLee!

JonLe has been my HVAC contractor for over 20 years. All JonLe services (communication with the office, setting appointments, purchasing filters, etc., purchasing/installing new equipment and of course, the yearly maintenance throughout the year) have been professional with courtesy and respect from all JonLe Team Members. Last Friday, my technician, Jason, thoroughly (and calmly, even with my dog upstairs doing his usual barking greeting) performed the complete annual furnace/electronic filter service. I always feel confident he makes sure all my HVAC equipment will be running smoothly. In addition, this time he explained how he was able to check for CO during the running of the furnace and how the pump works to clean out excess water/pollen. Thank you, JonLe Heating & Cooling !

We have been using Jonle for 20+ years. Technician (Mark Johnston) performed our annual furnace maintenance this past week. He was on time, courteous and thorough. Once complete, Mark showed us pictures of the inside of our furnace and explained the services he performed, including changing the filter (I provided) and the humidifier pad. Overall we were pleased as always.

I had a broken furnace that was unsafe to run for the upcoming winter season. JonLe was the second company that I called to get a quote from and they were much more affordable than the competition. They were quick to get me the quote and gave me plenty of financing options to choose from. The scheduling was effortless and the installation was quick and professional. I'm so pleased with my new furnace. <3
