Not a whole lot to comment about. People working, busy doing their jobs. No one at the counter so I had to make a phone call to the receptionist to arrange to get done what I was there for. From what I could see, they are a top notch facility ... nice clean orderly looking shop.

They are not welcome people they fixed my abu it took to finish one hrs but when they finished they told me it’s three and half hrs of labor this is the real scam we saw scam by phone know even when you need to do some thing in the mechanic they are acting like scam this is so annoying they don’t deserve to give one zero

One of the good ones. Went here for a tripak repair got there around 1pm and unfortunately they where backed up and I had to wait for a day.. when they opened the gate at 7: 30 i was waiting for them .. diagnosed replaced a water pump and a few minor things and out by 11:30 everyone was very kind and professional.. I know it sucks having to wait but it goes with the job these days .. Also you can park on the street overnight you just need to be on the same side as the thermo king

They did a great job for me! I got to speak directly with a technician and they fixed the problem. They didn't put a band aid on it they... replaced my fuel lines. Thanks guys you're #1 in my book!!

I stopped in for a belt on my APU that needed replaced and was told be 3 days to change belt. These other reviews saying how good of a place this is are a bunch of lies. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place.

I am in the repair industry and needed a part desperately at the end of the day for a client that was in my shop waiting. I had stopped by two other parts stores with no luck and in one phone call, the gentleman working in the parts department assisted me and assured me that he would have my part. I know it was the end of the day for him but he waited and treated me like I was the first customer of the day and not the last past closing time. He matched up my part. I took it back to our shop and my mechanic installed it we were able to get the client on the road and making money! Thanks so much for your excellent customer service and help!

My APU was having problems and went here to get parts for what I suspected it needed. Kenny in parts was super knowledgeable and kind in helping me out. Then I realized something else was wrong and Andrew, one of the mechanics, immediately pointed out the problem. So I was able to get everything back in order thanks to this team!

Apu heater problems 430.00 later still doesn’t work right !!!

Very poor service. Just replaced 1 battery and charged 2 hour labor . Charges $600 plus Very bad experience. Never comes back again

In and out fast.
But had a small problem with one guy about oil. Trying to play me.

Great people great service other shop told me 2000 for my parts and $500 repair but these people $11 parts and $300 for job 5 stars out of five

Great place with some great people. I was in a bind with my air flow chut getting ripped by a forklift driver. Not going to say who but I didn't need the headache. I researched the night before and I call in the morning by 9am i showed up by 1:30 they where done. new chut, plug the old hose, cleaned my condenser. It looked great. Now let me see a forklift tear this one. Hummm

It was a very crowded place and extremely busy. I had a thermal king reefer issue with a load on. They got it done while I went to lunch. When they were finished they brought my trailer back to the road with the yard truck. Thank you for your quick service

Got my APU fixed here. It was having a red triangle.

Was here after the Milwaukee location sent me on my way with the same issue I went in for. But the Cincinnati location easily found the bad alternator with burned up wires. Was the only driver waiting with APU issues because they get you in and out. 3 days later, still no more issues.

Called, explained the reefer problem. Got There, even though they were full out busy, almost every bay FULL. They had me a bay ready. Got me fixed in about 3hrs from start to finish. Great people. Awesome Service
