We have had the best experience with this company! Most of the time when we call for service on our AC or furnace, Aaron or one of his team has either been there the next day or within 48 hours. They are always friendly, courteous and provide excellent service. We couldn’t recommend them more strongly and will always use them for our HVAC needs.

Sycamore was able to provide same day service for something that seemed like it might be a minor issue, but actually required a lot of work. Nathan figured out what was needed, and then just kept going until he got it done. Always exemplary installations and service from Aaron and his great team at Sycamore Heating and Cooling over the years!

I have a few properties in OH and I was very lucky to discover Sycamore Heating & Cooling. Aaron has been very responsive in repairing existing systems as well as installing new HVAC systems. His price seems very reasonable based on several bids I have received and it was pleasure doing business with Aaron as he is friendly & efficient. I wish I could find other reputable business owners for Electrical & Plumbing that I can trust....

AMAZING COMPANY! Holy cow! Nathan from Sycamore hearing & cooling paid me a visit today. I was originally going with a bigger shop but my friend recommended Aaron's company and I'm so happy that I did.

My AC is the original AC unit that came with the house when it was built - 27 years ago. I thought, for sure, that Nathan would tell me to buy a new unit. Instead he fixed the capacitor issues and I only had to pay a little over $200 to enjoy cold air.

I’ve been having trouble with my air conditioning for the last couple of weeks. My HVAC unit was just not as efficient in cooling off my house as in previous summers. I put in a call and scheduled appointment for the next day. Nathan, (Amazing!) came out and within 30 minutes, had everything working perfectly. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and didn’t belittle me because I didn’t know what he was talking about because I’m not a professional like he is. Nathan was friendly and courteous, and a great representative for your company! Give this guy a raise! He deserves it!

Recently used them for an inspection and filter change on a furnace. Fair pricing and great communication directly from the owner as well as a friendly and knowledgeable technician that arrived on-site. I would be happy to use them again.

We had another company come out and they told us we needed a new HVAC. We called Sycamore Heating and Cooling for a second opinion and they came out right away. In 15 minutes the problem was diagnosed and they were able to get the part the next day and fix it. They provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

I called on a recommendation and Aaron was so nice and realized my immediate problem. It took a couple hours to dig out of all the snow but he got here, fixed the problem in no time at all and promised to come back should I have another outage with my furnace, on the coldest day since I’ve lived in Ohio❣️❣️ I am forever a client of Sycamore Heating and Cooling ❣️❣️

We called Sycamore for an annual maintenance and later for a furnace repair. They were responsive, quick, and very reasonably priced. They helped us sort the warranty as well. I cannot reccomend them enough over any big brand and will be using them again

Many thanks to Aaron for answering my call for help and sending the calvary in via Nathan within 2 hrs of my call. Furnace & thermostat were malfunctioning immediately ahead of a major winter storm & heat was disappearing from my home. Nathan arrived & quickly determined that I needed a new circuit board on my 30+ yr old furnace. He was skillful enough to locate a new board for this antique. He went to retrieve it & returned within an hour to install it. All is now well. He has added some more years to my furnace & ensured that my family will stay warm in the upcoming storm (assuming electricity stays on). ;) I would give Sycamore H&C 10 stars if I could for always delivering topnotch service and care. Georgi was our service tech. He did a fantastic job. Very hard worker all day and very polite and professional.

Bruno from Lowe's Duct cleaning services provided excellent service and was knowledgeable in educating me about duct work, system maintenance, and recommended maintenance schedules. I would highly recommend him and Lowe's Duct cleaning services.

Byron and Robert did an excellent job. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a very thorough job.

This was a great experience Javier Sanchez was my service man neat clean polite just just a great person now all that said the cleaning of the entire air duck system was done in about 3hr took pictures befor @ after I will give JAVIER 110% the company 5 stars

Oswaldo was polite, efficient, explained what he was doing and showed me before and after photos of my vents. We've used this company before and will continue to in the future.

There is a specific person that does a very good job and his name is Jose Medina there is also other very good workers I forgot their names though but they are also really good worker👍 Great service

Oswaldo was fast and efficient in taking care of our Dryer Vent blockage. Was professional, removing shoes in the home and explaining ways to mitigate the blocks which previous technician from another company did not offer advice about.

The techni is not the technivcian was thorough, and worked hard to clean every duct. The cost of the cleaning was $350, but I was told at the last moment that cleaningthe blower fan and air conditioning coils would cost an additional $300. This surprise extra charge is not the technician's fault, but I believe is company policy which I did not appreciate.

I highly recommend Bruno, as he was very respectful, honest, professional, and explained everything in detail. I would not hesitate to hire him again for all future cleanings. Thank you so much!
