Fixed our park AC on a 90⁰ day

A great company with wonderful people and culture.

Don't know much about this place, as I was a hired contractor doing work in the parking lot. However, I gave them 5 stars for their excellent taste in concrete curb for the newly paved parking lot. That is some fine extruded curb.

TP mechanical, was a very good experience right when I walk through the door. All office personal was very nice and greeted me with respect. I was there for an interview with Mike, he was awesome. If you are a plumber, hvac, or a pipe fitter I would suggest you give them a call.

They might want to get their employees some type of driver training. Pulling out in front of people at a stop light to speeding through the school zone in milford. On his way to pinebrook retirement community.

Excellent service. Very responsive. Especially if you have a blend of historic systems with new stuff. They are experts at troubleshooting and spending the time to figure things out.

Great service

I called them for three days straight about getting my boiler running because we don't have heat. They wouldn't return any of my calls for schedulling. Now I have freezing temperatures and a multiple families in a building. What a disaster! Thanks Braun

These guys know their stuff! We have been using them to service our HVAC for our 16,000 square ft. clubhouse since 1998. Quick, responsive, fair pricing and the technicians are friendly, personable, conscientious and extremely knowledgeable.

Called about a noise coming out of my Central air conditioner unit. Thought it was the fan motor and it turned out just to be the fan. Jake was my repair man, he was very professional. He fixed the problem within a 1/2 hour. It was nice to have a business fix what was wrong without selling you stuff? Sure do appreciate this company and it's honesty.

Braun Heating and Air has been our service provider for the many years we've been in our home and can't say enough about them. They are great in returning calls and making on-site visits (without charging, if it's a consult). They're honest in evaluating problems and don't try to sell something you don't need. Five stars plus!

Overall very satisfied with using Braun to fix my non functional AC system. They fit me onto the schedule very quickly and the Techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. They will solve you problem and do it right. No corner cutting. My only gripes are their material costs on refrigerant compared to others in the area as well as the main office could communicate when to expect the techs better.

I was just ran off the road by one of the trucks and when I called the company and spoke with the manager she was less then helpful. She did not ask or try and make sure me and my 10month old were okay after getting ran off the road ON THE HIGHWAY and into the medium by one of their trucks. She also proceeded to tell me to calm down as if her truck driving didn’t just run me and my baby off the road in the rain at that.

Michael is great, loml. i dream of kissing him. also stop the cap, jus bc ur baby daddy left u and you’ve had to fend for urself and the baby for the last year doesn’t mean u get to take it out on this wonderful business, and to be honest it may have been when their truck got stolen by that one tweaker. so stop the cap young jitter bug🫶🏼🫶🏼

Very knowledgeable

I had a disappointing experience working with Alex Rentrop. Unfortunately, the communication and overall attitude during our interaction were unprofessional and off-putting. I value respectful and solution-oriented business relationships, and this experience did not meet those standards.

Because of this, I will not be moving forward with any sales or future collaboration. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as professionalism and attitude make a significant difference in business.

Steve is great! Replaced our water heater and will soon replace our AC/furnance! Very good at communication and very reasonable. Would definitely recommend
