Im going to tell you about my experience with Bryant. As a small business owner myself, I understand the power of a review. We live and die by them and should make good on fixing an issue for the customer. We shall see what happens. Our heat had gone out, so we contacted Bryant and they sent Bob. Nice guy. Seems to know his stuff and if he didnt know. He says he will find out for us. He wore a mask, and booties. Even sold us a brand new, top of the line furnace! My only concern was having a very good filter for the house. One that can fit a charcoal replacement filter to keep the house smelling odor free. He said this new filter should fit a charcoal replacement filter. Also im told that this new AprilAire filtration can filter out viruses! Great! Coronavirus is a big deal right now. Can it filter that also? Bob said he would find out. Good job Bob! thanks. Now I dont like to be cold. I despise it. We already went thru one night without heat and Bryant said they could get us a new furnace the very next day. Great! So two gentlemen arrive. No masks, no booties. I have no clue as to why they decided to not wear masks... they saw that we had them on. Does Bryant not care about Covid-19? Also they left my back door open most of the day. Its winter! Its getting cold in my house! I have no heat! Why? I eventually closed the door. Dont leave the customers door wide open in the winter. So everything is installed. I'm asking questions about the thermostat and the new furnace *Bob the rep. knows I ask a lot of questions* and I'm told to refer to the users guide most of the time for answers. Ok. I asked specifically about being able to put a charcoal replacement filter in and I was told that they will not fit. I called Bob the rep and he said he would look into it for me. Also, I know nothing about this new thermostat put in. I want it to be user friendly, work with my Alexa, keep me warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. Easy right? So they have me sign off on this audit sheet. I ask what it was, and im told im to make sure that they did everything. Im not their supervisor! Why should i sign off on things like *Low and line voltage inspected and tested* or *T-stat installed, level and explained to the customer* Whats a T-Stat? hell if i know? I sign their paper. Why didnt they make sure we fully understood how to use the thermostat before they left? Why didnt they set it up with Alexa for me like Ive been wanting all along? They left, I go to the gym. I come back from the gym and the house is getting cold. I called Bob, who said he would be over the next day. The thermostat has some odd things on it that dont sound good. Says the filter needs replacing, and now it says System Fault on it with a code. The thermostat has a phone number on it to call if you need help. Tried that, and nothing. Its after hours so no help. The house is getting colder. I decide to call Bryant to see if they can offer some customer help. They do have a 24/7 number to call after all. So I call and tell them that I dont have any heat and This was installed today! The lady said she would contact someone to help me right away, and they will call me right back. So i get another call and this fellow who cant help me. The only thing he can do is schedule someone to come in the morning. I'm rather upset at this point. I paid over 8 grand to have this new furnace installed and I dont have heat for another night! Bryant has a 24/7 phone number to call and they cant give you anyone that can help you over the phone? Why even have a number to call in the middle of the night? I told the guy. So if you loose heat in the middle of the night in the winter, your just gonna have to freeze because they dont have anyone to help you out! What if its a setting or something on the thermostat? Doesn't Bryant have anyone that can go thru the settings and see if theres anything they can help with? He said he knows nothing about the thermostats. Then why even have him call me? I thought i was getting some actual help, not a scheduled service.

Troy came to give us an estimate on full HVAC replacement. Once he went through everything he gave me the estimate and I was SHOCKED to find out Tempstar unit was 12,000-14,000 !!!! 2 times more expensive to have installed than it's name brand Carrier. He was really pushing all the 'extras' we needed which we did not. We had 8 estimates for this work and no other company pushed for all the add on for an inferior name brand product which has a very low rating on furnaces and AC. Dont waste your time with them.

Had new $8000 furnace installed today and it is not working and no one from this company can give me help at night. So we have no heat and a unit that is basically useless. Your people did not make sure that we understood how to use the thermostat before leaving. Also they did not wear masks. So I now have to wait till tomorrow and run my oven another night. Who is going to pay for the electric?

The service tech that came to my home was very personable and offered great advice on how to help me keep my energy bills lower. Performed a very through PM and took the time to explain everything he was looking at and the condition of my furnace. I will certainly be doing future business with Bryant!

Mike W was our technician today. He was on time and called when he was 20 minutes away. He took the time to help us work out a warranty issue with another vendor. He was knowledgeable, quick, neat and extremely pleasant. I took his card so I can request him to again be the technician when we have further need for service.

Mike W. called before he arrived to give me a heads up that he was on his way, which I greatly appreciate since I work from home & wanted to ensure I wasn't on a call when he arrived.

While doing the tune up on our Bryant heating system he LMK that we could upgrade our filter to a 4in filter with a Merv value that'll help clean out the flu virus!

He also answered questions I had around Nest compatibility, educating me that our unit pretty much already did everything that the Nest does.

And he gave us a quote on installing a humidifier (something we requested as a part of the appointment).

He was very friendly & helpful, even emailing me notes of our discussion.

I would definitely recommend Byrant for tune up service!

I used their service back in Feb...for electrical work. The electrician installed the wrong breaker and half my place went out of power. I had to shut the breaker off and wait. Was told ( by them) could be a fire hazard. They came and fixed next day costing a fortune.
Called them for service on my A/C here in June. Wouldn't work on it because I have oil heat. Don't understand the mathmatics of that, but the point is instead of wasting his time and mine waiting they should've said this. Talked to management after and he told me they quit doing that "over 7 years ago because its to much hassle". WHAT? When I asked why I wasn't told he said "our CSR or whatever he said taking the calls, doesnt have time to check every account.".
The technician that came today wasn't wearing shoe covers or a mask. He left my screen door open when I specifically said when he arrived to pull it shut. I have a cat in here. I came out of the bathroom from cleaning my furnace filter ( he told me its one you just keep rinsing). You cant do that forever right? Didnt offer any options on future ideas...purchases.. Nothing for filters.
Anyway...screen door wide open again. And never bothered to at least put the filter back in.
This entire experience and the one in Feb are extremely unprofessional. He didnt even apologize. All he said was its noted here on your account from 2018 we dont work on those. Well.....I didn't move in here until Feb 2022. So maybe they need to start being accountable for being lazy...slacking and setting up our appointments to get money like we are on an assembly line. I don't recommend anyone use them. Their service call amount before any work is done is higher than others in this area as well.

Nick, George and Destin were very polite and professional. They arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answer any questions I had. When they finished the job, they cleaned up and gave me the paperwork for our new air conditioning unit. I have had a good experience with this company in the past, and this was no exception.

Called before arrival, arrived on time was very courteous and professional! Showed me everything he was doing and what he was looking for, explained things to look for moving forward. Listened to the issues we were experiencing and clearly explained why we were experiencing them and what to look for moving forward.

Would highly recommend and will be working with Bryant again in the future.

Nick and Bill did a great job installing my new HVAC system! They were professional in their work. They took the time to explain the process and ensure that I understood how to operate the new controls. I am very happy with my service!

I've used Bryant for a few years now after being less-than-pleased with other contractors in the area. Sometimes I have the same tech (hi Tim!) for my maintenance needs, sometimes it's someone new -- but they've always been kind and helpful without attempting to upsell me, which is refreshing.

They are happy to answer questions and even go above and beyond (like telling me what a damper is, then opening it and thereby solving a 30-year-old issue...)!

Nick worked hard and study at a difficult retrofit for my air handler. It took over 9 hours for the team to do the job but the results at the present seems to be good. They were considerate, kept me informed of the problems along the way, and cleaned up when they finished. I was more disappointed with the equipment they installed which had to be altered to fit in my tight enclosure. I hope it works out. Only time will tell.

Call to see why the central air wasn’t getting cold. After checking he said wasn’t getting enough voltage. I ask him was it hooked up to the right size circuit breaker. He told me he don’t know he’s not an electrician. Then pulled his pamphlet and attempted to offer us prices on financing a new central air unit.

I pay $80 for a man to come look at my ac unit that could’ve fix it but only was looking in his best interest.

We got the central air fix buy a friend of the family who Immediately know it was the wrong circuit breaker and fix it in less than 20 minutes. Do not trust this place they deceive my family just to get a sale.

Joel came out to our house and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly honest. He had been there a month previously for a tune up and came back out when we experienced an error on our system a month later. At first it was suspected our compressor was toast and we would need a whole new system, but Joel spent a good 30 min on the phone with the product manufacturer to double check as it was a code he had never seen. 30 min later we found out our issue had only happened one other time (per the manufacter support) and as it turns out was an easy quick fix (the circuit board had a small issue).

I really appreciate his honestly and due diligence as he could have easily sold us a 9k system instead of a small repair bill. Give these guys a call and most importantly ask for Joel :)

Great customer service and professionalism. We have used Bryant before and they were helpful but today they went above and beyond. We had a major repair that was done within 2 days of calling them! Exceptional service! I will only ever use Bryant for all my HVAC needs!

Robert B. is an angel from heaven. We purchased a home only to find some (initially minor) issues with the AC unit. In the hot summer heat, he arrived in under 90 minutes, quickly & thoroughly identified the issue, and had us cooling off within the half hour. He was incredibly polite & made recommendations on services we might need down the road, without pushing things on us we didn’t need at the time. His genuine demeanor, and knowledgeable, but thoughtful delivery made him our first call when we realized there were bigger issues. Again he responded in a kind & efficient manner, understood our financial restraints, gave us his honest input, but also options for how we can deal with our issues. Our only disappointment is Bob can’t drink a beer with us after his work is done.

Jeff was very polite while he was here replacing our furnace. I would highly recommend him. Any questions we had silly or not he answered very politely. He and his partner worked very efficiently replacing the furnace. We even had a small issue we needed him to come back out for and he promptly came back out the next day to take care of it. Great job Jeff!

Got a very rude call from Bryant technician Troy Harris telling me all the things he wasn't going to do for my check up before even showing up. So I got charged $65 for someone to show up, take pictures, and tell me they're going to give me a higher price to do anything. My ac and heater were working fine, and this was only for a cleaning. For a company that claims to give service like they would to their own family, this is totally unacceptable.

We never had any issues with our furnace till they did a maintenance clean/inspection. Ever since they’ve been here, 2-3 times a month our furnace will stop powering up, it always occurs overnight/into the morning hours. We then need to flip the switch, the furnace seems to realize it needs to be on it’ll start a series of 3 minutes cycling on & off then stop & not fire up. We the flip the main switch again and it repeats the cycle of firing on & off and within 30-45mins our furnace works flawlessly for the rest of the day.
Zero issues with our 7 year old furnace till they did routine inspection, don’t risk them messing with your furnace.

Very pleased with our experience with Bryant thus far. We began preventive maintenance with them after a positive experience having them out in a pinch for second opinion in the past. Easy to get a hold of and schedule. Technician (Chris R) showed during the scheduled timeframe and was extremely friendly, seeming highly professional and answering all questions. Reasonably priced. We feel lucky with our experiences and will return.

Had a tech come out to do a routine check & they messed with my 20+ year old unit that was running STRONG & told me my compressor was failing.. quoted me 8k+ for new unit. Had another hvac tech come out that was a friend and they fixed the untrustworthy techs wrongdoings for less than 1k.
