I had my AC go out and was told it would be over a week from when the service provider (my warranty company scheduled) could come out. My friend recommended Bicknell from her great experience with them. I called and the woman who answered the phone said they weren’t taking new customers but would see what she could do. I got a call back 20 minutes later, and within 2 hours Frank came out to check my unit. The very next day he came back with the part and installed the fan motor within 20 minutes. Quick and professional. Will DEFINITELY recommend and use Bicknell again!

We were very satisfied with Maurice's job installing a new water heater. He came out first thing Xmas Eve of all days and told us what was wrong and immediately started working on removing the old one.We appreciate the information he provided us with. Very knowledgeable and provided different options that would work for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't be without water or have a bigger issue on our hands. I would recommend Arlinghaus Plumbing and Heating to anyone that is having issues knowing the job wasn't rushed and it was done right

David and his colleague did a fabulous job, they were there all day , they were the best installers I’ve had at my home, made sure everything worked , showed me everything that was done , explained what was done even asked if there was any questions that he could answer for me, I have another hvac company there before and after having this company in my home hands down the best and kindest and professional people that I’ve dealt with and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to anybody, definitely an absolute outstanding job, thanks again to David and his colleague

Cody and Luke did a phenomenal job! They were very courteous, professional and helpful. They answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. The electricians that came out to assist were awesome as well! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this company & the techs I had!

From a new home owner's nightmare to a warm house in 2 days! In the middle of a snow storm my 21 year old furnace finally kicked the bucket. When nothing I could find online worked, I called 6 Heating and Air Companies in our area. Arlinghaus was not only the first on scene the next day, they were extremely communicative about their arrival times and process. All the members off Arlinghaus I worked with were effective, sympathetic, patient, and willing to explain these processes to me and my partner upon arrival. 2 days after my furnace died, I have a brand new furnace installed, and the house bouncing back from 41° to 70°.
Shout-out to Arlinghaus team members, Shanga Walker, Ryan Gauze, and Justin Hofmann for driving on slick roads, being patient in my 40° home, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process!

Alyssa found problem as why the catch water machine had a defect on the plug.
She turned over to an electrician. She was really into finding the problem. I appreciated the hard work and she fixed part of it to keep the water flowing through the water return machine her item on this list was not listed..

NORMAN did such a wonderful job and fixed the plug on furnace for the pump. Works fantastic now. Also fixed the hose to go into my wash tub better. It just needed a little more gravity. Water pours into my wash tub now, quickly. He did the job very nicely and he is a very friendly to talk to. Thanks for your people who do such a GREAT JOB. Marsha Hon.

Sanjay was here quickly to diagnose and fix an issue with a furnace that decided to act up in the middle of super cold temperatures. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, and I was happy to have him here so fast! Great job!

Austin did a great job getting our humidifier up and running; he was timely, pleasant and efficient. Later the same day, Maurice installed a new kitchen faucet and water shut-off valves. He too, was a pleasure to work with, expertly explaining as he worked, answering any questions we had, with options based on our needs. We were very impressed by both techs and will use Arlinghaus again.

Wow. What a great experience. Gary and Sam. Gary came first and did a thorough review and determine what I didn't want to hear. I needed new system. Then Sam. What a super nice guy that explained everything in great detail. He went through my options and for a fair price I am getting a new system that I know I need in 4 days. I would give them 6 or 7 stars. This is the one to pick in Cincinnati. I have tried the others.

2nd Update: Rep reached back out last night and said they'd be back out the next day, under warranty. Plumber returned today. He was very kind, as he was the first time. He listened to what was happening and re-cleared out the drain. I'm praying the problem was resolved this time. He even put on a new shut off valve for us. Seems the techs and field workers are great, the overnight phone staff is not.

Update: 5 hours after they left, the same issue started happening again. Their after hours phone dervice rep, Asia, hung up on me when i told her we could not wait 3 days for them to come back out. Messaged my rep personally and he is reaching out to his manager currently. Ill update outcome as it happens. For $600 spent today, I expected more than a 5 hour fix.

Had Arlinghouse out today for a plumbing emergency. They were out within 2 hours. I was impressed. They were very kind, explained everything in detail to me and broke down all their quotes for future work we will need done. Very professional and courteous. Pricing is about average, maybe a little below the typical, for a plumber. Can't really drop any stars for that, as they have to cover their costs too. I'd have them out again.

We have a 99 year old house and wanted to get plumbing to install a washer and dryer on the main floor instead of the basement. Two other vendors came over to do estimates and spent just 15 minutes discussing options and one charged $85 for the estimate. Maurice Gibert from Arlinghaus spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to connect pipes and vents with as little damage to walls and floors as possible and came up with a great solution. He was far more knowledgeable than the other vendors. There was no charge for his 3 hours of effort and we will proceed with Arlinghaus.

I requested a technician to come out and provide me a quote to move our outdoor AC unit's electrical and piping hookup.

Austin C was extremely professional and personable. He came out, took video and documented our outdoor hookup situation.

Then he came inside and performed an in-depth inspection of our indoor natural gas furnace\ac unit. He used an endoscopic camera to get into the nooks of the indoor unit, where you normally can't see, and walked me through what we saw. In addition, he used other technology to get readings on all of the sensors, flows, etc.

Austin took the time to communicate what he saw and what he thought, in a clear, descriptive manner.

Maurice was kind, took his time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. We didn’t feel pressured but were given lots of options. Thanks Maurice!

Terrible experience. I recommended Arlinghaus to my elderly parents and regret it. They were promised portable heaters during installation by the salesman, but during installation were left without heat for nine hours. Multiple phone calls were made and no one called back and no heaters were ever brought even after they told me, heaters are on the way. The installation crew did a nice job with the furnace. The sales guy said they have to install it now and not wait till spring.

On top of that, they showed up with the wrong thermostat. Broken promises, poor communication, and zero concern for the elderly customers. Completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed. Still no phone call.

Justin & Johnny completed our furnace/AC installation today. They were very professional and efficient-keeping us informed as the work progressed. We could not be happier.

My furnace went out in single digit temperatures, Brian, the technician was kind, courteous and really worked hard to get my Heat going again. You can tell that he has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and he was happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel stupid. I would definitely ask for him again if I have any other Heating and Cooling issues.

Very professional and pleasant experience from scheduling to the service call visit. Chris checked over my furnace and humidifier and answered all my questions. Everything checked out according to his evaluation and he didn’t try to sell me anything, which indicated to me honesty and reason to trust in future if anything more is needed.
