I've been using BPS for all of my heating and cooling needs from maintenance and small repairs to AC replacement. Pat has never treated me wrong and has always been urgent on getting the problem fixed!

We woke up early on Friday to find out our furnace wasn’t working. I called Chilly heating and cooling and he had us up and running again in no time. Saved the day!! Great service, great pricing and quality work.

I left a tough very critical review on this biz over a year ago & just recently found that both Chilly & I were duped by someone presenting themselves as from Chilly. Amber @ Chilly has been diligent working with me & honestly if I could figure out how to delete my original rvw, I would in a heart beat. Any one with any ideas on how to delete a review, please let me know. For what it is worth, I will use Sam & Amber @ Chilly in the near future.

If you are looking for an HVAC company in the Cincinnati area that will go the extra mile, your search is over! Sam came out to bid a job and saw that I have no air conditioning. He went home and brought me his own a portable unit.

Sam is both knowledgable & professional. He provided me with options on different manufacturers.

He has my business & I will tell all my family and friends about this company. Chilly Heating & Cooling has really sharp branding, I was extremely impressed with his truck (Best looking HVAC truck on the road). But for some reason, I have a feeling this guy doesn't need the branding. I can tell by meeting him he probably has as much work as he wants just from word of mouth & referrals. Trust me, Chilly's customer service is EXTREMELY good. Sam even offered to set the portable unit up for me.

I highly, highly recommend Chilly Heating & Cooling!

Chilly came out to service our unit very quickly and was right on time for our appointment. He even called me about an hour beforehand to ask me to shut the unit off so that it wasn’t frozen up when he arrived (saving me an extra service call). Very trustworthy and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of parts I didn’t need! I will move away from the big company I’ve been using in the past to Chilly for my service work going forward.

I emailed the company last night when my air stopped working and got a quick reply from Sam, the owner. Less than a day later he's already been to my house and fixed my air for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service, Sam was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions thoroughly and explained each thing he checked so that I could understand how it works. I appreciated his honesty, other heating and cooling companies I've dealt with kept pushing me to replace everything and buy new, basically spend more money when in reality I can still get more life out of the old unit I have. Not knowing a lot about this sort of thing, I REALLY appreciate having found a company that didn't try to take advantage of my ignorance. I'll be calling Chilly H&C from now on! My house is 68 degrees right now, thank you again Sam!

I have used Sam at Chilly at both our current and old house. At out old house he helped us keep our dinosaur of a unit operating by fixing only what was broken and teaching us how to perform routine maintenance on it ourselves to help keep it operating at its best efficiency. Never once tried to sell us a new system.

At our new house, our furnace went out in the middle of winter. After a debacle of a situation dealing with the home warranty company, we called Sam in to fix it right. We had been without heat for about 10 days at this point. He responded quickly and efficiently. Again the system (both heat and AC) that we had was extremely old and found out that it was installed improperly in the first place. Sam replaced the furnace which we already new needed to be replaced due to the cracked heat exchange. The companies that the home warranty company sent out advised that we needed to replace our AC as well since it is old and gave us the old "it will be cheaper to replace if we are already there" technique. Sam said that while the AC is old, if it is still working there is no reason to replace it. He said that if/when it goes out, just give him a call and it will be the same price.

Chilly is fair, honest, and the best priced company that I have found. Highly recommend!

Installed new furnace and A.c. that work amazingly! Top notch install and service.

I called Sam based on a friend's recommendation. Sam was responsive, punctual, and honest. He explained what was going on with our AC system and how to take care of it. He charged our unit. Suggested the correct filter to use to help the system last longer. I will be calling him again in the future for any HVAC repairs or replacements that we may need. It's refreshing to finally find a local business with such excellent qualities.

We used both Home Advisor & Angie's List because we needed a new HVAC system. A flood of HVAC contractors (Most are actually salesmen, not technicians) called.

Sam, at Chilly Heating & Cooling, gave us a good price and was the actual technician that did the entire installation. It's refreshing to work with the same guy from start to finish. Sam actually knows his product top to bottom because he is the technician. Sam is a very direct, straight forward, honest guy. He doesn't play games with the price and try to close deals on price drops like other companies.

Our old unit was the original unit installed by the builder's HVAC contractor. They installed bad wiring (they used phone line) to the thermostat and it was shorting out. Sam figured out the problem and fixed the shoddy wiring.

I am writing this review to thank Sam for the excellent work that he did. This is a 100% honest review. I have just been through the experience of getting quotes from several different companies and hands down Sam at Chilly Heating & Cooling were the best.

If you want to save yourself a lot of time meeting different HVAC salesmen that are ultimately charge more and deliver less, call Sam. This guy is by far the best. It's not even close.

I highly recommend Chilly Heating & Cooling and will tell all my friends and family. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Always responds quickly, is reasonably priced and does a great job. He kept our old system going for years before we had to replace it and he definitely offers competitive pricing. We recommended him to others who got multiple bids and he was the most affordable but did not sacrifice quality.
