Such an amazing experience working with the Jones Crew.
Our heating went out and they were there the same day to save our home from our -7 degrees winter day.

I contacted Aspen Air because the unit they installed two years prior wasn’t putting out enough cold air. I spoke to Kris and he said I needed the annual maintenance which was $125 which we scheduled. Prior to that appointment my unit stopped putting air out completely. I left a voicemail and after not hearing back I contacted another hvac company to come out and look at the unit. That company said the blower motor needed to be replaced. I sent an inquiry on Aspen Air’s website because now the situation was critical. Kris called me back that night and was extremely rude and defensive. He said we didn’t have an appointment until Wednesday but now that I had a part I needed replaced it would be Thursday because they needed to get the replacement. It took four visits from them to fix my ac. Fast forward to Friday, I get a bill from Aspen Air for $294. I called and asked to speak to Kris and was told he wasn’t available and that he wasn’t sure how to get ahold of him. I asked if there was an email address for him and the guy asked me what my name was and what I needed. I have my name and said I had questions about my bill. He asked me who I wanted to talk to again and I said Kris. He then says well that’s me. What kind of weirdo dodges their own phone calls for their own business?! I asked him about the various fees on the bill and he tells me how he didn’t charge for every visit a tech came out even though he could’ve. He didn’t charge me for a Saturday visit or a senior tech coming out. He says he couldn’t charged me a lot more but he was trying to be nice to me. He said even though the parts were covered under the warranty that I still had to pay a processing fee and he could’ve charged one for each part. I asked if it was normal to charge for each tech visit and he said those guys make $37 an hour and he lost money on my job. He said I don’t have to use him as a service provider and I explained that I’m asking about the bill because I was told $125 and no where along the way was I told about these additional charges. The bill is more than double what I was told. He started to say that the tech had to extra repairs because I had a power surge. I reminded him that the outside compressor was running fine until the “maintenance”. Then Kris tells me I don’t know and I wouldn’t know that, I’d have no way of knowing that. He said “here I’ll tell you what. Pay me the $129 then you can lose my number and not call me again.” I don’t know what would make him think I would reach out to his company for any further service. He is a horribly rude person without an ounce of manners or decency. The hostility in his tone is blindsiding. I’m surprised that he has a business to run and I wouldn’t be surprised if any positive reviews were written by family or friends under the influence.

I called to mu AC and your representative kept trying to sell us a heat pump furnace. He was very offensive in his comments about our furnace being older and told us our house was not clean because we are pet owners. Very offensive.

Wow,.I'll call them back from this day forward! A very pleasant gentleman by the name of Denzil(Bryant employee) came to my house because I had accidentally unplugged a hose on my furnace. I wasn't sure where it actually went, so I guessed but cut furnace off shortly after bc I didnt think I was correct.
Denzil however confirmed it was the right place after he showed promptly on time. It was good customer service, and I am for ever grateful. Companies like Bryant are what we need in today's society. I have a good feel for maintenance companies, bc I too am in industrial/maintenance field. They get 10 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍from me!

Zach and Nick replaced old AC unit and did custom duct work to fit on my furnace correctly. Both were professional, personable, and did awesome work - they are AC wizards. I highly recommend.

Bryant heating and cooling was fantastic! Robert B, was very friendly and was very knowledgeable! He explained to me perfectly what was wrong and fixed the problem quickly! It's hard to trust a company now a days because all they want is your money! Not Robert at Bryant heating and cooling! I will always be using Robert as my service tech at Bryant Heating and Cooling! Thank you!!

Robert fit us in as an emergency call in the evening when our heat was not working properly. He fixed the issue and explained what had happened that led to our furnace not running well. We were relieved to have our heat working well again since the temperature had dropped!

Bryant Heating and Cooling was prompt and able to schedule an AC repair the day of our call. The technician was professional and courteous. Bob explained everything very well and completed work in a timely manner.

Would of given more stars if workers had worn shoe covers. They got my my new floor mats dirty and tool bag was dirty and left spot on carpet I had to clean. My husband says there's some nicks on door. I haven't looked so can't say. But heater works and they seemed to know what they were doing. I was picky about the new thermostat and it was fixed without hesitation, that was nice.

Great guys, I had them come out and fix my AC in the summer, was so impressed that I called them when my furnace went out. They came, inspected and helped me decide the best course of action - which was replacement. They fixed everything and did a great job. At one point I asked if everything was going alright when I heard them drilling, stop, and then start redrilling. They said everything was cool. Afterwards, I went outside and saw that they had started drilling in my foundation, stopped (for some reason) then drilled through the glass block window right next to the original drill spot. Now I have a giant round mark in my foundation. Not a big deal, but would've liked to know more about it, and that I would have to go buy paint to cover up the blemish.

I've had two HVAC technicians from Bryant, the first was amazing and my most recent was a nightmare. One helped me fix the issue, the other was rude, ignored me and charged me $80 just to tell me to buy a new furnace.
