Ryan definitely was very professional and not pushy. He discussed payment and financing options with us and went above and beyond to work with our budget.

From start to finish I was truly impressed with the customer service I received from Arlinghaus. I never felt like anyone was giving me the hard sell on services I didn't need. Sam was SUPER helpful on the phone, Wilson was great at assessing the problem and answering my questions, and Robby and Sanjay came to do the repair work and could not have been nicer. All of them were super patient with my energetic dog, stayed conscious of their comings and goings and made sure to note when our gate was open or closed so the dog didn't escape. They wore shoe coverings at all times and were all around personable. If this is the norm, Arlinghaus has just earned a customer for life. We are truly a "happy home" for the repair they did after a year of dealing with three other companies and a lot of frustration.

Wilson was great. Very polite, explained everything that we needed to get our furnace running today. Did advise we replace the unit before next year. Arlinghous got to us fast. Called around 7:30 AM and Wilson was walking in the door just after 9AM. With Cinnatti traffic that was good timing. We are warm again thanks to Wilson and Arlinghous plumbing and heating.

I am so happy about the Arlinghaus HVAC service. They are so professional, so knowledgeable, nice and friendly and patience. They are willing to work with me in the best service I have ever received. I got the great service!! Chris gave the service works so good and quickly and so professionally!;! Love it and my service technician Chris had made big difference for me. He is great in his work and a nice person too. They gave me free cleaning services that is more than I bargain for. I will consider give them the business in check out the estimate of purchase new furnace. Thank you!

Lamar was amazing! Very professional and personable. He listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable about the products and didn't try to upset me. He kept it very basic and easy to understand. He managed to get my installation scheduled for the next day and did the consultation on a Sunday. 1000% would recommend!!!

What can I say? I’m extremely impressed! Arlinghaus is a reputable company that is professional in every aspect of Service. I haven’t seen this in years. I definitely recommend them and will have them service my heating and air again. This company is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend Arlinghaus for HVAC replacement! We took advantage of their free furnace promotion to have our AC and furnace replaced.

Lonnie did a fantastic job during the consultation, providing me with options and helping me understand what system would be best for our home. He even addressed specific concerns and requests as part of our quote.

Steve did a great job during installation as well. He and his partner worked quickly, and made sure to show me the different features available, including how to set different thermostat options, and how to change our filter. He also helped me set options to help our house feel more comfortable year-round.

Overall, the consultants and techs were helpful, friendly, and clearly took care and pride in their work. I would definitely recommend their services!

Maurice did an amazing job installing a new water heater in our home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire system annd very honest annd upfront with our options. He identified and corrected some piping issues that we had with our old installation. He was extremely conscientious about protecting our floors/carpeting and was very neat and efficient in his work.
We are already planning on some additional plumbing work and will request him by name.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Sam who came out and did the consultation was wonderful and very informative. He made us feel completely at ease. The crew that came and did the install was professional and quick. 6 hrs complete old system removed and entire new system installed. I would highly recommend Arlinghaus services they really are the happy house people. Thank you to everyone.
