On the coldest Winter day of 2026 my furnance would not click on. I panicked and rushed to my basement to find it was true, no heat. Not a problem I''ll pull out my new furnance key chain (Antman movie reference) with a handy man attached and presto, properly working furnance and a warm home...LOL reality check!! Back to the real world where professionals are the superheros with gadgets that work the problem and come through for you. So I grabbed my trusty smartphone and spoke these words " Can you hear me" AI assistant speaks back " I hear you" My voice is quivering and I say " Your task for today, supply heat to my home" AI says "Would you like a list of meats on your phone?" I say " Not today, But I will take a list of professionals that can heat my home" And a list was supplied, yay! I research, ponder, scroll through review after review, I call and call until a snap of my fingers like Thanos my worries disappears. Arlinghaus Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning rep answers the phone and hears me say " I have no heat" Well we can't let that continue tell me whats going on. My story begins and the voice says we're very busy but we will work you in before the end of our day and call you 45 mins before arrival. Fantastic and thank you kind sir.

Surely his word was kept and I received a call and a text with a picture and bio of my technician. Within a short time Shanga Walker arrived with his cape on and tools in hand. Shanga is a true hero and master of his craft. He assessed the situation with professionalism and spoke with clear and precise words that conveyed courtesy. He valued my input and supplied approprite options. He is a positive asset to customers and his employer a trustworthy company. Robby D. was helpful and professional when executing a routine HVAC maintenance service. He was able to pinpoint my concern and provide answers and solutions. Arlinghaus staff have always been timely and courteous in my experience!

Dakota was a wonderful representative of Arlinghaus Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem without any hesitation. He was straightforward and charges did not exceed his original price quote. This proves again his expertise in diagnosing and fixing the problem on the first time. This one call resolution is a standard all trades people should strive for.

In addition to being a great plumber, he was polite, personable and made us feel very comfortable having him in our home.

I hope I never have plumbing problems again, but if I do, I hope they send Dakota out to make the necessary repairs.

Tristen and Maurice did a superb job of clearing a clogged main that had caused our sink to overflow. They were SO quick and left the work space spotless - you could not tell the flooded warzone it had been this morning! I so appreciated how prompt, polite and patient they were answering all of my questions. They were excellent professionals and I would 10/10 recommend their work.

Gary thoroughly explained everything we needed to know about our furnace. The best part of my experience was learning how and why our upper level rooms were not receiving adequate heating and air.

Spencer was great, very genuine, gave honest opinion and worked with us on pricing. He spent his whole morning with us on a difficult leak. We felt like valued customers.

Shawn W was my technician and he was very efficient and explained everything to me. He was shocked that my water heater of 17 years hadn’t busted open before I made the call to them. He was dispatched the next day after a near closing call to the office. Hands down great service! 1 day for everything.

Nelson Perrin did a great professional job. Very nice, polite and very knowledgeable. He did the maintenence service on our furance and he show us what needed clean on our Humidifier and gave us 3 quotes. We went with the one we could afford. A very pleasant person. I will be requesting him the next time.

Representative was very professional, attentive, and informative. He looked over all aspects of the furnace. tuned it up and gave tips how to keep it in top working order along with suggested services available if needed.

Justin and his team did a very neat and clean installation. Everything seems to be working well and I look forward to using this for many many years.

Spencer did an amazing job! He did a great, really clean job that looks awesome. He went the extra step to clean up the exposed copper pipe and installing the new cut off valve after undoing some poor plumbing work that was done previous to us moving into our new house. Company was very friendly, very efficient and the tech was super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Spencer and this company.

I had the pleasure of meeting Zach and Tom today. Both gentlemen were very nice, prompt and knowledgeable. Zach went above and beyond by assisting us with getting financed and explaining our options. He was very patient and adamant on getting our furnace system up and running quickly as I have small children in the home. He also gave my 1 year old a plush Arlinghaus that he loves. This was a free evaluation of my HVAC system for my Happy Home membership. The service was solid, detailed, and efficient. The technician was very thorough as well as explained everything in detail without trying to over sell or up sell. Very much like working with Arlinghaus for much of what I need around the house.

I would like to share that Wilson was very professional, personable and helpful in educating me on my HVAC maintenance appointment today. I am a DIY guy so he took the time to answer my questions and provided those technical answers so I could understand. My dog Dallas thought he was there to visit him and did interrupt Wilson a little but you can tell he loves animals and didn't mind at all. Ken did a great job and was very nice. Didn’t take him long at all to unclog the toilet. Ashley was quick at finding someone to help us and let us know how long it would be before Ken arrived. Would definitely recommend!!!
