The counter guys are helpful and have a better parts inventory than any of their competitors.

They also don’t act like parts nazis if your company and name are not on their secret list —- like some other suppliers in town. They are easy to deal with.

Our technicians removed and replaced our whole heating and cooling system in a very efficient manner. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing and replacing everything. Also very polite and professional!

What an absolute scam. I was referred to this company by my home warranty -- two guys come out, look around, decide that the freon in my AC unit has been contaminated. What? Ten minutes after they leave, I walk by the unit to see that there is an inch of water pooled around the base and more dripping in. It looks like my own personal fountain! I call them, thinking they'd offer to come back and properly diagnose the problem before sending it off to my warranty company. Incorrect.

"Well, you could put a bucket under it, I guess."

Good grief. I talk to the office on the phone and am told that since I'm with a warranty, they are extremely restricted in what they can do. If I was a direct customer, they'd be out there right then with a fix. But I shouldn't be upset with them because their hands are tied. Sorry, not our problem.

So when it finally comes back that the 'contaminated system' is not covered under my warranty and it will be nearly $800 to fix, I call them again to schedule an appointment. Again, I talk to someone about the problem and they're very understanding and good on the phone, but can they call me back? They're heading to lunch. Okay, I say. Absolutely.

That was over a week ago. They never called back. I had another company out to confirm that the freon was fine, the pressure was great, and the problem was in the drain line.

I can't imagine how you'd find this company outside of your home warranty, but if you do -- run. And if you're going through your warranty, demand another option.

Everybody I talked to was super helpful and friendly. They came same day and had my AC working again within an hour. Definitely will be using them for any HVAC work in the future.

I recommend not using this company at all. Like someone else said in their review. I was sent to them by home warranty. So I made an appointment a week and half prior to the day. I call the morning of my “scheduled” appointment and he doesn’t have me on the books. Pretty sure the guys name is Webb Les. Guessing it’s his own company but not sure. I’m glad they never ended up coming out after looking at all these negative reviews.

I highly recommend using Comfort Experts. They are very responsive during a time when it is hard to get service. I have used this company several times in the past and they are very professional and knowledgeable all the way from the staff receiving your call to the technician who services your equipment. Very good small business!

Techs are professional and timely. Customer service is very nice and thorough. They helped me avoid spending thousands of dollars on a recommendation from 333-HELP to buy a new unit which was entirely unnecessary.

With me having to have them come out a few times Les was able to get my problem Solved when I was starting to become doubtful. Jennifer was such a sweetheart on the phone as many times as I had to call. I would recommend this company and I would definitely recommend Les to come get the job done.

Comfort Experts Inc. was referred from my home warranty (First American) and I couldn't be happier with the service received. Les arrived as planned and not only repaired my outdoor unit but also explained what the issue was and kept me posted as to how to prevent in the future. I will rely on Comfort Experts for all of my HVAC needs whether through my warranty or not.

Local family business that does an excellent job. They also have expertise working on speciality systems such as wine cellar cooling systems. The business is very well run. They answer the phone, they send reminders of appointments, and show up when they say they will.
I have done business with Confort Experts for over seven years and have recommended them to family and friends.

Casey, and Mike from Comfort Experts are experts. My furnace quit, and I had no heat for a while. It is getting cold. I had Comfort Experts quote my replacement of a new furnace, and A/C unit (they weren't my first quote). Came in at a competitive cost with some extras.
Casey, and Mike were clean, respectful, and hauled away all debris. I live in a working remodel project (my personal project), and all expectations were exceeded.
I would recommend to anyone who needs replacement, or even a check and tune.

BTW...I see some bad reviews of people who were referred by their"Home Warranty companies" Warranty companies are the scam. They provide minimal service at minimal pay. The contractors can only do what they are paid for. (I am A GC) Home warranty companies typically won't pay for what is required to do the job properly.

We have called them multiple times and they have been great every time. They came out the same day I called on a 100 degree day and fixed the problem (loose wire) they were referred by my home warranty (First American). I too am puzzled by the negative reviews. My husband is a retired HVAC engineer and he remarked on their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them and use them again

They are great!! In every way! Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt! And they accept my home warranty! They installed my new heat pump and furnace and have come out for other repairs. I have no complaints.
