I had Comfort Heating and Air back in May due a complete maintenance on my air unit. I'm so glad I did before this heat. I've had no problems they do a really great service. Jennifer in the office was so friendly when I called. When I told her who had recommended them to us, she knew him and planned to call him to thank him for the reference. She gave me an appointment for the next morning.
Les arrived on time and was congenial, knowledgeable, and helpful. He immediately diagnosed the issue with our air conditioner and fixed it soon afterwards.
The service call and repair cost was reasonable.

Our entire experience with Comfort Experts was excellent. We had a very limited time frame to complete our furnace cleaning and servicing and these people made sure we met the deadline. We were advised when the tech was on his way along with a photo. He was very professional and thorough and we received an email report within minutes after the service was complete. service was great as always. I was scheduled for surgery and Comfort Experts came before my hospitalization, found out what part was needed and although I was to stay one night, I ended up staying 3 nights in the hospital and Comfort Experts came right over and got the part installed right away. My house is warm, my surgery went well and Comfort Specialists saved the day by getting my furnace fixed just in time before the big snow storm hits. I have used Comfort Experts since about 1999 or 2000

They show up at your store, evaluate the situation. If it’s a major repair, they don’t tell you about it. Instead, they patch it up and send you the bill. They know that you will call them again because the patch is worn out. Unprofessional.

They returned my call within a couple of days but they weren't able to resolve my issue concerning their W-2 that was provided to my client.

Without a doubt I would definitely go back to debra-kuempel for any heating and air issues had two wonderful guys justin and Luke they are very knowledgeable in the field as a matter of fact they could probably teach a course in it. Had a great experience thank you!!!

We use DeBra for all of our HVAC needs. Our two techs Rich and Adam can be there at the drop of a hat. Always have us up and going in a timely fashion. Guys are very professional and poilte. They will keep our contract for years to come.

Rob yelton was the nicest technician I've ever dealt with fair,honest and actually took time to explain everything and figure out how everything worked the furnace was a dinosaur and made in the fifties.....A+++++

Please speak with driver who ran a red light and almost hit my car. sometimes the left lane has an arrow to turn when it’s the other side turn to go you don’t blast through the red light and almost hit the cars, especially when you’re in a company vehicle. Sorry to bring you down, but your employee really needs to get it together. Unacceptable.
