If I could give a ZERO STAR RATING I would, a technician or owner as we learned, chose to inaccurately test a 36 year old system and reported it was working without issues for a home inspection despite other reputable testing. This owner chose to please a customer of 25 years instead over integrity and honesty.

Tom Baker and crew did wonderful service on our 1885 Victorian. Price is exceptionally fair for the high quality and caliber of work. Would recommend.

Called Oct 5 to get service on furnace. It is Oct 29 and they say "You are on my list. When we get there we get there." Don't buy anything from them. They will not support their products or help when needed. Extremely poor customer service.

Anytime I need repair for our HVAC system I contact BB&F. They always take care of your issue quickly.

Baker installed our new gas furnace incorrectly, leading to a gas leak and causing my family to be sick. Duke Energy came out and had to fix their mistake. They tested the leak and confirmed that it was due to one of the unions not being tightened correctly by Baker services. Baker also lied and said that they were at my door / left a voicemail the day prior to fix the leak. I checked my cameras and looked at my voicemail, but found nothing from them. They are dishonest and negligent!

Had to have a new difficult to install HVAC replaced and the technicians spent much time explaining everything to me and even extra since the unit had to be custom fitted. I always request these same installers since they truly know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them ANYTIME for your air conditioning and furnace needs.

Came the same day we called even though it was Christmas Eve. Replaced furnace which they did in a timely manner. And loaned us heaters to use. They are a go to heating and air company. Workers were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after the job.

Jim was the absolute best! He was amazing & did awesome work.

Absolutely the best customer service, came home to no heat at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, fixed by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday!

Jim came out same day. Knew exactly what to look for after I explained the problem over the phone. Very knowledgeable and didn’t try to gauge you on his price. Explained everything as he went along. Made great suggestions. Won’t be using anyone else again other than Jim! Thank you again Jim!
