Cannot Thank Jim Adams enough for saving me after a week of misery. I was referred by a friend after my AC quit working and asked a company to come out and fix it. That company and another only quoted a brand new replacement without even telling us what the problem was. Jim had it working in 45 minutes and explained everything. I will never use any other company but Adams Air from now on.

I called due to my AC not working. Within 2 hours, Jim Adam’s (owner) was at my house and replacing the capacitor for my AC unit. He was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll be using him for all of my future AC and furnace needs. I can’t recommend him enough.

I had a new furnace A/C unit installed in early June replacing my 23 year old unit. Jim Adams did a great job. The install was professional, reasonably priced and done quickly. I also had an I-wave installed on my system and this has really helped with allergies, germs and dust in the house. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

My AC was old and I wanted to get things taken care of before the summer.
I called Jim and scheduled a time to come out. He checked things and cleaned did maintenance on my AC. I signed up for his maintenance agreement which is a real deal! I asked for prices on new AC models for the future. He showed me my options and I decided to go ahead and get a new
AC instead of waiting. He ordered it and came out within a week to install the new AC. I am so pleased. He is very knowledgeable, professional and goes the extra mile to make things right the first time! There is no cutting corners. He put in a new filter system and replaced my humidifier filter. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. His price was very fair and definitely beats the competition. He is a small company and you get the personal service that comes with it! I am very pleased and plan to be a permanent satisfied customer!

I just wanted to send out a great big THANK YOU to Jim Adams(owner) from Adams Air Solutions. We were having issues with our AC at the end of May ( when it was in the 90's). Jim first walked me through checking the filter over the phone, trying to save me the service call. He then came to check it out and he showed me the issues and walked through the cost to repair it and the cost to replace. He was efficient and very honest. We decided to replace and he offered us a window unit AC he had at his home for us to borrow in the meantime.He sent us the quote and ordered the unit that same day! He called several times and checked on us (and our pets) to make sure we were doing ok until our new unit could be installed. Can't say enough about the services offered by Adams Air Solutions LLC. Jim (owner) is professional, upfront/honest and tells you exactly what is needed to keep your AC/Heating unit running without issues. He definitely helped me avoid a huge repair bill with his maintenance service that he offers.

Jim was an excellent hire. He was willing to take on a tricky ductwork repair. Guided us on what we needed to do beforehand, and did an excellent repair job that most companies would not have taken on for a more than fair price. Would definitely recommend and will hire again when we replace our AC Unit.

I'm so pleased with my experience with Jim from Adams Air Solutions that I'm here to recommend him to you! He's responsive, dependable, knowledgeable and fair, plus he's a veteran! I had a leak in my older central air system and am not able to replace the unit at this time, he was understanding of my situation and fortunately was able refill the freon and a leak sealer to keep me going until I am able replace the unit. I will be using him for all of my future home HVAC needs and you should too!

Jim saved the day! In a pinch, Jim was immediate to respond to my service call. He was at my house, diagnosed the problem, and already on his way to get the parts needed to fix my air conditioner within the hour, on a 95° day. Jim was super professional and very knowledgeable in regards to what needed to be fixed. Very reasonably priced and didn't try to oversell me on what I didn't need like some of the larger Heating & Air companies. Very refreshing to still see blue collared hard workers still that care about their customers. I will definitely be using Jim for all of my future Heating & Air needs and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Jim installed a new HVAC system in our house. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Responded quickly to phone calls and questions. Put tarps out to protect carpet. Made sure we new how to operate system when he left. Would highly recommend him in the future.

Great Technician, Poor Communication

We were initially very frustrated by the lack of communication from Fast Response Heating & Cooling. The process took longer than expected, and updates were sparse, leaving us feeling in the dark for most of the time.

However, our experience took a turn for the better when Rob, the technician, arrived. Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us. His expertise and dedication truly shone through, making a significant difference in our experience.

Rob’s exceptional service is the reason we are updating our review from a 1/5 to a 4/5. Despite the initial communication issues, Rob’s outstanding work and positive attitude made the situation much more bearable. He deserves high praise for his efforts and is a testament to the quality of the technicians at Fast Response Heating & Cooling.

Stacey did a great job educating us so we could make the best decision on what to get. The techs that installed and helped to get the system properly running were professional and hard working. I recommend calling and talking to Stacey for all your HVAC needs.
