The most unprofessional company i know of, they only have one person that works in the office, so it’s always so discombobulated. I was out on a service call once and was told by the owner of the company to put used (recovered) 4-10A refrigerant without it being cleaned and recycled into someone’s system because the owner didn’t have a fresh tank of it. The work van I drove had tools all over the place and wasn’t organized at all. It’s a small hvac company so I don’t expect much but I would never recommend this company to a family member or friend, they will take advantage and try to nickel and dime you. They don’t have a pricing guide that they actually go by the owner will just make up a number in his head and say charge them that. I’ve been in this industry about 4 years and this company is god awful. I don’t see it being around much longer. It’s a blessing not being associate with them knowing how they do things.

Work performed was Aeroseal and duct cleaning. First appointment: canceled due to employee not showing up for work. Second and third appointments arrived approximately an hour late. Second appointment: Unable to complete work on the same day as scheduled requiring the third appointment. Aeroseal was not able to be applied to return ducts due to leakage test and they were only willing to reduce the invoice by $150. Eventually they reduced it another $150 but I still feel I paid for work not performed. Extremely unhappy with this company overall and would not recommend others to use this company.

This guy is a crook. Will try to over price you for everything and replace your old furnace with a “brand new” (refurbished) furnace. That will need “maintenance” throughput the year. Each trip he comes out is $75 at the door and then what ever else need to be done is additional fees. This guy is a very well spoken crook and will fraud you with a smile very fast. Please do not waste your time and money.

I found Cool Times through Duke when I was looking to get a hybrid hot water heater installed. Communication was great, and installation was quick. The original unit had a defect from the manufacturer. Cool Times came out immediately, diagnosed the issue, called the manufacturer the next morning, and installed the new unit the day after it was received. I couldn't be happier and recommend Cool Times for your project!

Calvin was very professional and friendly. He was open and honest about what needed to be done. The pricing was fair and installation was quick. I will be using them for all future heating and cooling services I need. They're easy to work with and have fair prices.

Calvin was very nice and did a good job explaining what was wrong and option to try to fix amd how long that may last and getting a new a/c. We decided on new, It was done timely and that I believe was good. Did arrive late once. But when winter came the furnace wasnt working and I called a different company first afraid something was done so that id biy a new furnace. So they told me the board that sends the signal for lighting the flame or something was bent like damaged and said that could have happened when they cleaned my fan but cant prove it. Also that they forgot to turn my gas back on. So we turned it back off and I called cool times to come back but hadnt said what happened. Cool times fixed it but never said what was wrong and i didnt ask. Most the winter my heaters not been working right. Sometimes its fine and now It attempts to come on and doesnt but sometimes does and it must be the same problem as before with the board. They were supposed to come yesterday so I could talk about it and see what they say is the issue is and tell them about what the other company said about the board but it looks like ill just be paying someone else to fix a problem I feel they caused as they didnt show or call.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I am in the commercial HVAC business and I have been impressed with their customer service, responsiveness, knowledge and reasonable pricing.

I heard about them from someone who had a new system installed that wasn’t working and after calling a bunch of places, Cool Times was finally able to fix the issue with their furnace blower motor install which had burned up multiple motors.

We have an older system ourselves that they have maintained for years now with positive results and never pressured us to update.

Conly Cincy's furnace installation team is outstanding. They ensured everything was set up perfectly, and we're enjoying the warmth they've provided.

Look no further than these HVAC contractors - they are amazing. They did a great job repairing our AC unit and we will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

Chad is amazing. I have to leave him a review personally. If Chad is amazing I know the team he works for is amazing. They just took first place as our favorite team in the Cincinnati area. Chad was knowledgable and was decisive which mean there was no wasted time.
