we have our HVAC regularly serviced and they are they do a fantastic job! we are in a historic building and frequently have troubles with dog hair entering the return vent (pet grooming salon). Sure mechanical is always prompt to fix any issues we have, and their staff are all very friendly. Highly recommend!

Great company, they are owned by 5 star HVAC now but great overall experience. Showed up on time, spent significant time down tracking issue with circuit board and making repair. Only charged 49.99 trip/diagnostic fee which I feel is very reasonable.

I had a very negative experience with Bridgetown this past weekend. I am not one to write negative reviews, but I would hate to see others be taken advantage of like the technician from this company attempted to do to me.

My AC wasn’t working, so I gave them a call. They sent someone out the same day (saturday) which was great. The technician diagnosed the problem and laid out options for how it could be resolved. They ranged from approximately $300 on the low end, up to about $1400 to repair my existing unit. However he made it clear that a brand new unit for over $5000 would be the ideal scenario and we felt pressured to schedule a new system install right then and there.

The actual problem with my AC unit was that I put too heavy duty of an air filter in it and it was restricting airflow. All I had to do was put a cheaper filter in and my AC is back to normal. The fix was about $7 and the technician pushed hard to get me to spend hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. I even specifically asked him if the filter could have caused the problem and he said no.

It is clear that the technician was seeking to get money from me rather than actually helping me and my family. I will never use this company again and will be advising friends and family to avoid them too.
