Ok place to work, old equipment needs to be updated, alit of favoritism here, good for getting your feet into the HVAC door tho so to speak, need to learn how to fabricate.

The guys and girls in the field are poorly supported by the office folks, that would be nothing without them. Definitely underappreciated and underpaid. I hear the Frldkamps' have a really nice boathouse though. Good for them!

After speaking with the young lady she was able to assist me with my problem. Not only was she informative but she same me money. As an elderly inidividual on a limited income with little repair knowledge or the abitlity to perform the work. I am most grateful for her help; Feldkamp is fortlunate to have these type of employees. I will call Feldkamp in the future for repairs.

When driving a vehicle representing a company one should drive as if they are representing the service of the company. Cutting across 2 lanes of traffic and almost causing an accident because you weren’t smart enough to be in the correct lane is very inconsiderate, and reflects poorly on you as an individual and as a company.

Aaron took care of our company the last two days. He was very kind, considerate, helpful, personable and professional. We would absolutely recommend Aaron as a tech and Feldkamp as a company. Thanks again A-Aron.

Great company that is family owned and provides excellent customer service.

I purchased a home from Vicky Fennell with a closing date of 3/31/16. The seller's family business is PCI Services, run by her son Clem Fennell. PCI Services submitted a work order to me showing they serviced both AC units in the duplex I was purchasing and claimed both units were in working order on 3/21/16. After the closing date one AC unit worked and one AC unit did not work. I filed a claim with my home warranty company and Teegarden HVAC came out and replaced three defective parts in the AC unit - a run cap, a start cap, and a potential relay. After replacing the three defective parts they cleaned the unit and I used my phone to capture a video as dirt and debris poured out of the unit. Clearly PCI Services had not serviced the AC unit on 3/21/16 or they would have replaced the three broken parts and would have cleaned and serviced the unit. The three broken parts and video of the AC unit being cleaned prove PCI Services did not complete the work they claimed to have completed.

PCI is our go to plumbing company for all residential and commercial clients. Can always service a work order within 24 hours and have the technician call you multiple times to walk you through the issue, resolution, and bid. Fair prices and great work. Cant ask for a more professional plumbing company.

Retrofitted my old house with Geothermal - since the house did not previous duct work, there is a lot of labor involved. But I don't mind, everyone who has been in my home has been so incredibly nice and patient with me and my dogs. Dave, Vincent and Corey have been fantastic throughout this project.

I wanted to say that having Sentry put in my geothermal system has been one of the best decisions I've made. I use to have a heat pump with a propane backup. We used on an average of 800+ gallons of propane a year. Since we've put our geothermal system in, we now use 0 propane. This is remarkable considering a couple years ago how cold it was. I cannot be more happy with Dave and his crew. We've had zero problems with it and this is our 4th year with it. If you are considering a geothermal for your house and you have reservations, Stop now and call Sentry. You'll be happy with the results.

My house had poor air distribution in certain areas such that in the summer some rooms did not get enough cool air and were very hot. Chris and Dave made multiple visits to the house to assess different options for improving the air circulation. They determined the best option was to set up a zoned system. They installed a high efficiency furnace and high efficiency air conditioner and the zone controller and dampers. Their crew was very attentive to details, worked diligently, and cleaned up the work area. Now, I need to wait for hot weather to see how well the zones work.
