I needed a new chimney cap. Couldn’t believe anyone would want to climb on my roof at 18 degrees with a foot of snow on the ground. But Harvey Powers took it in stride and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Best Cincinnati Chimney for all fireplace needs. Great experience!

Our gas hot water heater went out on Thanksgiving morning. We were able to get a new one installed by a plumbing company on 12/1 and they discovered an issue with the flu not drafting fumes properly. We were unable to get it in service due to this safety issue.

They recommended contacting Best Cincinnati Chimney to come out and assess the situation with the flu and determine what corrective action may be needed. Given the recommendation of the plumbing company, I contacted BCC as promptly as possible.

After making contact with their office. I received a call back from the company owner Chuck Caine. We talked through the situation and he understood that we needed to get this addressed promptly.

With the forecasted snow and a booked schedule, Chuck committed to working us in as an emergency. He kept me posted on things and I received a call back from him on Tuesday 12/2 advising that we were on the schedule for one of his team members to be out Wednesday morning.

Beyond thankful for Chuck’s time, effort and commitment to keeping his word and working us in on the schedule! Truly cares about the customer!

On Wednesday morning , a member of the BCC team Sam contacted me when he was on his way. Clear and courteous communication from the start.

Upon arrival Sam assessed the situation promptly. He described what the issue was and worked out an affordable solution to correct the problem. After communicating with the team from the plumbing company when they came by to check on things, Sam got things in motion to get the problem corrected.

He worked diligently, communicated well during each part of the process and got all of the work completed as committed to get our hot water back in service that day.

I worked with Best Cincinnati Chimney in the late Summer/Fall. They conducted a chimneysweep and found some issues that required a new chemical coating (the latest and greatest technology) to refurbish the Chimney. They also rebuilt the chimney above the roof line with new flue and masonry .

I dealt with three teams:

The Chimney Sweep who was professional, courteous and efficient. He documented everything he saw with video, pictures, and written commentary. The detail was amazing.

The Masonry Team who demolished the old chimney top and rebuilt it. The were quite friendly, hard working, Skillful, and cleaned up thoroughly when construction was complete.

The final team applied the chemical sealer for the chimney from the flue to the chimney top. They were friendly, explained each step in their process and did a fantastic job!

I highly recommend Best Cincinnati Chimney.

Great company, great work, great owner, great prices.

We had two concerts rebuilt and some extra tuck pointing done. The work completed was really great, we were impressed overall.

We had a unique situation and the owner worked with us on it and we do appreciate everything he was able to get accomplished with our rental property.

The only concern was the clean up on our front porch - there was cement dust and debris all over the porch and our two benches. I'm sure they would've come and cleaned it up - but we just cleaned it up because we needed it corrected immediately for our tenants.

Overall we were very pleased with the results, price, and communication with Abra and the owner and the on site guy.

They were very professional and had amazing quality service. They were in their game and got the job done efficiently. They were thorough and explained what they needed to do. 10/10 would hire them again. And 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.

This dude is a complete liar, this unit does not work until this day. I was at work and my wife paid him in full when he said it was done and it only needed one more pound of Freon and he’d be back tomorrow. 100’s of excuses later but never shows up. Scammed me out of my time and money waiting on me. He is a liar and should not be trusted.

Juwan came to install a new outside AC unit. When it came time to turn the AC on 10 days later, the unit did not work. He said the compressor went bad. It was under warranty, so he replaced the compressor but charged us for adding Freon. He said he didn’t have enough Freon but he’d be back the next day to finish adding. He never came back. Again it got warm and we turned the unit on, nothing. The heat only worked on emergency heat and no AC. He kept telling us he’d be there the next day, then the next day, and so on. We had to hire another company to fix what he screwed up. DO NOT USE HIM!

I cannot say enough about the hard work and professionalism from the group from QCM who came and fixed our sewage issues. We had worked with 4 plumbers before QCM got involved, and they went above and beyond, working until the issue was resolved. THANK YOU to this amazing team, we are so grateful!
