One of the best experiences as a customer ever! After being turned down by another company for being out of area, Best Cincinnati Chimney conducted an inspection and cleaning of chimney and fireplace. Very clean and professional. I then purchased gas fire logs and remote operation from a huge selection of absolutely natural looking log arrangements that arrived very quickly and were installed in no time, leaving my home without a speck of dust or anything out of place. Every person I encountered, receptionist, cleaning and sales and installer, was of highest quality. Clean, friendly, personable and (very important), professional!
I cannot thank or recommend Best Cincinnati Chimney enough!

I was very happy with the service received. The first visit showed me the issues with the chimney and the options to fix it. They were very happy to answer all my questions, and there were a lot. They was a team of two who fixed the chimney on the second visit. They were very friendly, explained what they were doing and put the booties on their shoes to protect the carpet. The experience was very good.

My husband and I recently had an inspection of our fireplace in our rental house. We were trying to determine whether the fireplace was suitable as a wood-burning fireplace. After a thorough inspection we were informed that it is not suitable. However, we were given some gas options that we may consider down the road. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this company.

My home was built in 1937 and we needed to have nearly every window ledge tuck pointed. Ben came out and photographed every area that had loose or missing mortar including the chimney.
He provided a reasonable quote and arrived on time to perform the work. He ground out the mortar and filled it with a mortar mix that matched the existing color. He filled a "pastry bag" with the custom mix to fill the crevices. He photographed all the repairs so you can clearly see that everything is well executed. I agree they are THE BEST!

The young man was very polite. He covered his shoes and put down a cover to protect my carpet. He brought in a large filtered ash vacuum.
He thoroughly cleaned the chimney and the inside. He also realigned my damper that was off track. Outside he checked my chimney and crown and made pictures he shared to my email.

The person who came out to do the estimate and the person who did the work were great communicators and provided clear explanations. After the initial visit, I received a follow up call to see if I had any questions.
