How are you able to give me estimates on what needs to get done on my chimney when you refuse to get up on the ladder to take a look at my roof and your company doesn’t have a drone to to take a look at it. Thank you I went with another company that did both at inspection.

I called and spoke with a very nice young lady. I asked if they wouldn't mind showing proof of insurance after reading a previous review on here. They said no problem they would get back to me after they talk to their boss. Numerous hours go by so I call back and inquire and they state this isn't something that they deal with And that management would contact me back and I asked wonderful how long do you think it'll take cuz I've been waiting for numerous hours and they hung up on me So I called back and as soon as they said hello and I said Hi my name is Josh I'm the guy who called and then they hung up on me again lol. Now I've called back three or four times in a row and nobody will answer my phone call any longer. Very suspicious behavior. I was trying to schedule with this company.

Manny did a great job and went above and beyond to get our chimney cleaned and a new cap installed over the flues

They came on time and just got straight to it, chimney looks clean now. no complaints, will use again !!!!!

Excellent teamwork with Manny and Joe. Water was starting to show signs inside the chimney metal insert. The outter cap was old and letting critters and rain in. Cleaned the chimney re-sealed both sides where the insert met, new cap, silicon where needed and newly replaced mesh curtain. Very professional, pleasant and kept me informed on all that was needed. All work completed in 2.5 to 3 hours! Now I feel safe to burn till my hearts desire. Just need to find the wood!

They actually have a 24-hour line that picks up on a Sunday. Initially, they said they couldn't make it to my house before Friday the following week. Then they called to reschedule for the next day which I appreciated. This fact is the entire reason for them getting greater than one star. It turns out the first three choices in Google all had 24-hour lines that picked up on a Sunday.

The technician who called was rude on the phone. He was irritated that I had a tarp over my leaking chimney. I left the conversation not expecting him to show up. When he arrived at my home, he got onto my unfinished roof over the objections of the site foreman. He removed my tarp and didn't bother putting it back. He left my leaking chimney exposed to the rain in a thunderstorm. The quote I received wasn't even what I asked for.
