I solicited three bids for my chimney restoration and Chimney Works & Rocky Mountain Stove Co. was the most responsive, professional and thorough. They were also priced very competitively. Ryan was knowledgeable and thorough in evaluating and quoting the work. Cameron along with Mike and Logan did an amazing job rebuilding my chimney! They were friendly and reviewed all the details of their work with me. I was so impressed with the care taken to protect my landscaping and then cleaned up so thoroughly, hosed of the entire deck and even the lawn! You'd never know they were even there! Great Crew and excellent work.! Highly recommend this company!

Great experience with Chimney Works from start to finish. Easy to schedule, on time, and very professional. Austin was terrific. He called ahead and was very professional from the moment he arrived. His attention to detail must be acknowledged. He respected our home with his cleanliness considering the fact that this could be a very messy job. Keith was very informative and did a through inspection of our gas fireplace and chimney. He explained how to operate the gas fireplace as we just moved in recently. He also made sure everything was as clean as it was before he left. Highly recommended!!!

We had two Mendota fireplaces installed and are now in our second winter. For us the staff and installers were great. But Mendota Fireplaces have some major quality issues.

Mendota fireplaces are great for high heat output and efficiency. But that’s it. There is a major issue with odor even after two years, and I understand the gas valve longevity could be a problem. We can’t run the fireplace more then 20 minutes or the toxic smell fills the house.

Chad was excellent in his service which included detailed explanations of everything as well as showing me the video inspection. Surrounding area cleaned up and options for any future work was explained as well.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company from the owners to the chimney sweeps! We had been told for almost 20 years we couldn’t fix our fireplace with out super massive construction or it was impossible. Well, we enjoy just about EVERY DAY our new fireplace and all the benefits that go with it. Shop with them, they’ll take great care of you.

Craig, stopped by with short notice fitting me into his scheduled. He was in and out within 15 mins. addressing all of my needs. It;s very much appreciated given the very cold nights and the wood burning stove is a primary heat source for me. Thanks again!!

James was punctual and friendly. He did an excellent clean of our chimney. He cleaned up the area nicely although he himself wore some of the soot! All in a day’s work I’m sure in the life of a chimney sweep. I would recommend this service provider.

Jeremy called ahead of his arrival, was efficient and straight to work when he arrived. He explained everything that he observed in terms I could understand, answered all my questions, kept my living room clean, and made sure I knew recommendations for the next cleaning! I had a chimney inspected for a home i was looking to purchase, Jeremy the tech was extremely personal and respectful. Also supplied me with a detailed estimate of repairs I would need as well as showing me all the options I have moving forward.

We were so impressed with Brandon's responsiveness to an issue we had after work done on our fireplace. He listened to our concerns and came back out on a Saturday to assess and address our concerns . We started a fire and he stayed until we were all certain the issue was resolved. He was kind and professional and left the work site clean . We would definitely use again !
