This company worked on our building for a while and the cleaning was never up to par. We stopped our contract with them and now they call us back regularly. They just called about 1.5 minutes ago, I asked them to please remove us from their call list, we are not interested. The girl laughed into the phone and said "I am going to call back." and hung up on me. This company is so unprofessional and I hope this employee is reprimanded. We will not be using them again, and DO NOT WANT SOLICITATIONS FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Mike came out on 12/19/23 to survey our situation and get us a quote on cleaning. He said he would be back to us by the 21st with a quote. When I hadn’t heard from him at all, I called him on the 27th and asked him if he still wanted the job and asked for the quote again. He said he did want the job and he’d get us the quote that day. It is now 12/31/2023and we still haven’t heard from him. I need someone dependable.

Over the years, The Miami Township Police Department has had many cleaning companies in our employ that did a decent job, but then we were gifted Lonnie from Stratus Building Solutions. Lonnie excels. To describe Lonnie as a credit to the company is an understatement. Lonnie not only does a great job of cleaning, but has endeared himself to all of the employees and officers at Miami Township. He is friendly, professional, trustworthy and reliable. We would be hard pressed to ever replace him, and I sincerely hope we never have to. If you’re in need of cleaning services, request Lonnie, I can assure you it will be a decision you will not regret.

Zee and her team at Stratus helped to get out building back to what it should be. Besides a clean building, they are timely, thorough and pay attention to detail. Their communication with inventory levels and general building status are great as well. We look forward to a continued business relationship.

Franchise owner through Stratus and it’s going very well. I received my initial contract a few weeks after my deposit. I started to receive more contracts about 5 months into it. They’ve kept every promise they made to me and have made this a very easy process for me.

I hired them to clean our office a little over a year ago and they have been awesome. We had some adjustments in the beginning, but they were so responsive and rectified all of the issues very quickly. Jessica has been awesome and regularly checks in to make sure we are satisfied. The cleaning crews, sales team, and management team have been extremely professional and understanding of our wants and expectations. The quality of their service exceeds any we have used in the past, and i would recommend them to any of my customers... and I have!

Overall, we have been pleased with Stratus. Fernando constantly stays in touch with us to make sure the cleaning meets our expectations. Also, Stratus is the first cleaning company we have used that does periodic inspections. If there are issues, they are resolved quickly.

Stratus has been a great move for our church. We've had several cleaning companies over the years, and communication and quality have always been an issue. With Evany and Fernando at Stratus, it is not only great work, but easy to communicate changes and requests as both are extremely responsive and always helpful and accommodating. Evany is our direct cleaner, and she works hard and always makes sure we are satisfied with the results, she is accommodating to shifting times when needed as well. Fernando (operations manager) follows up every month to make sure things are going well, and schedules walk-throughs to make sure he likes the quality as well. Very happy with Stratus and the team that we get!

I started using Stratus to clean my company a few months ago. Phil is an absolute master. He is very through, extremely efficient, incredibly nice and professional and our building has never been cleaner. I have had such a great experience with Stratus that I used them to do a moveout cleanup on a rental property as well and couldn't believe how good a job they did. You won't find a better crew anywhere.

Stratus provided good employees who are good people doing a good job. They have not missed a single day for the last half a year since we started using them, much better than our previous cleaner. The management came out to inspect the quality of their work periodically. We are very satisfied with their work.
