Have been using Jan-Pro service for the past 2 years and I have no complaints.

Please do not waste your time with them. They lie to the franchise owners about the money they will make and in the end take it all!! Dan is very unprofessional and Lori is bad as Dan. The worst cleaning company I’ve ever seen. All their clients hates them

As I have never personally dealt with you I have family that is genuinely getting frustrated, I don't want to reach out to my attorney to investigate the situation, so we are giving another week to see if the situation is resolved

Gave them numerous chances to improve, including having things stolen from offices. Lousy job, would not let us cancel contract without paying even though no one had been here in over a week to clean. Steer clear.

Our janitor continued service while we were closed and sanitized our surfaces really well. However, he has also missed several dates without previous notification.

We have used Jan-Pro for years at my place of employement. They have always provided us with good service and frequently check in to see how their staff are performing and if we need anything new or improved from them.

Our relationship is fairly new, and we have had an up and down experience with the cleaners showing up for their scheduled cleaning time. The company sent a credit for the days missed, but i would have rather had the cleaning service done.

this place is a fraud. requested to cancel service due to poor performance and their employees showing up high. sent us to collections requesting $3000. STAY AWAY. we work with a number of vendors as we are a dental office and never once have we had a similar issue. Don't bother calling them, no one answers and when they do they'll hang up on you.

Excellent service from this company. The people that clean my facility are very professional and provide a great service. This is a franchise and I have experienced poor service in the past but Jan Pro worked with me to obtain an new franchisee.

Do NOT purchase franchise SCAM! They will act interested and very helpful up until you complete classes and purchase cleaning supplies. After that they will rarely answer your calls or text, emails, and offer you horrible work every blue moon just to keep you on the hook. Very shade business

Aaron my point of contact is always late getting back to me. Regularly would not show up to clean despite having all weekend. Cleaning was average. Overall unreliable for baseline level work.

Our staff was out of the office on business for a week. When we returned, we learned the cleaning crew had thrown out all of our mail - client checks, vendor bills and who knows what else. And almost no accountability for making it right.
UPDATE: The company did ultimately reply and made a fair offer to make it right. Changing review from 1 to 3 stars.

Janpro always does a great job when they come to our company, Grimco! They typically come once a week and everything looks great when we come in the next morning. We have really appreciated all of their help and the excellent job they do. Definitely recommend them for office space cleaning services!

I currently own a franchise ftom JanPro. I'm very unhappy with it. They are very unresponsive. They don't fill their packages. They don't care that you aren't making money from your franchise. In the last 6 months I made a total of $658.00

Its not worth it. I hate JanPro and all the people who work here. Because they don't do enough to make sure their Franchisees are successful.

Jan Pro is a great company to partner with. Very affordable for aspiring franchisees and has provided solid accounts.

Like any janitorial crew I've dealt with in the past, you are going have some troubles. The key is dealing with issues and resolving them. The Jan Pro management team worked to resolve issues we were experiencing with bad help and assigned a crew that has been working well for our location. They check in frequently, openly communicate any needs they have, and have been easy to work with.

We have been using Jan-Pro's cleaning service for about a year now. Mike is wonderful, he comes in on the weekends and on Monday morning everything is clean and ready for the week. He's is great about communicating if he needs anything and we have been happy with our service.

Dan, Khaleena, Karla, and Dayra with JANPRO in Cincinnati area have been serving our needs for the past two years. Our experience has been great.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! This company started off with great cleaning services. Then over the last month, we have been very dissatisfied. Every service, I have a list of at least 10 items of things they completely did not do that is highlighted as things to be done every service in our contract. When those items are pointed out, we either get a very insincere apology or they say they will come back to fix it and either come back later in the week than what we were told or do not come back at all. The contract is very hard to get out of and now we feel like we are stuck paying for very poor quality of work. Would not recommend to ANYONE.
