We hired this company to come out and disinfect our business in Dayton. I signed the contract and had the check written out. Dan was going to call "right back" with the time but said it would probably be about 8 or 9am. I said anytime is fine we just really need this done. He never called back. Our plant manager has been at offices waiting since 6:30AM. I have left messages and sent text messages.... NO RESPONSE! Very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this company at all based on this type of customer service and not showing up or even calling.

I had to come back and eat my words. I did a review a little over year ago. I have to say been with Jan Pro almost a year and half now, started off slow but is now a complete success. I am almost up to 5 different accounts. Fees are a little high, but if you work hard and keep good communication it will pay off.

This place is a fraud. JanPro is a broker for cleaning services. They do not actually employ the cleaning crews they send out. Instead, they send contracted local independent cleaning people who are not reliable or accountable. We sent an email to Dan Whisman to cancel service after battling with poor performance and their "cleaning people" sporadically showing up for two years. Requested that he call to discuss several times with no phone calls. They then sent us to collections demanding $2500 for balance left on contract. We were then told that per the contract, we had to send a certified letter giving 30 days notice. That is absurd when the termination was due to breech of contract on their end. This balance was not for services rendered. We had paid for all the services that they claim were rendered. Most of which were either no shows or an unacceptable job. BUYER BEWARE.

We have gone through numerous cleaning companies. We have been with Dan and JanPro for over 10 years! That tells you something is going right! Dan and his company is so easy to work with and the job is always done right. Awesome Job!!

If their service date is Wednesday at 4pm..THEY SHOW UP EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 4PM!!! As the office manager, I need punctuality and reliability from all of my vendors and Jan-Pro sets a high bar!! I was so confident in Jan-Pro I renewed my contract for the next year and added my Dayton location for them to service as well. To my delight, the management and sales staff were VERY accommodating when it came to discussing my desired budget. When communicating via email or phone, they are ALWAYS prompt and thorough! I highly recommend the great people at Jan-Pro for your janitorial needs!!

We have used Jan-Pro for years. Aaron is very good about working with us when we need extra cleanings done due to events we are holding. There are occasional issues that come up, as with any cleaning company, but when asked, Aaron's crew tries to take care of any problems and rectify the situation.
