My son got 3 loads of gravel. He lives within the 0-5 mile range. I have a pickup, but that much gravel I would have to make 3 trips. It was my son's off day, so they made a special effort to deliver it right then. I would give them a 6 rating, but it doesn't go that high. I will definitely come back. Great company!

Super helpful staff, had what I needed when 4 other lawn/garden centers I visited did not. When I called to ask if they had the item it took them almost no time to check. Will get my business again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Emily an employee is so knowledgeable and sweet why would I go anywhere else. This young woman has always went above and beyond for me, as well as others, as I have seen while there. It's a small family owned company that we all need to support. Priced are very reasonable and selection is great. Customer service at this level is hard to come by these days. Customer for life!

Absolutely wonderful experience shopping today! I went in looking for some indoor plants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to learn about my space and windows to help me choose plants that will thrive in my environment. I will definitely be back and look forward to growing my plant collection.

We decided to support a local business over the big chain stores this year and this was our first time here. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! The flowers and selection are beautiful, the prices are good and the customer service is outstanding! We will be using this nursery from now on, great job guys!

What an asset “Rose” is to your company. She’s been helping me with repotting my Ficus tree. Knowledgeable, thoughtful and just so easy to work with. What more could a customer ask for.

The staff here is so friendly every time I’m there. This evening I pulled in at 5:54pm and I noticed an employee planting some flowers. I rolled down my window and asked if they closed at 6 or 7. They said “6, but come on in!” I told them “that’s ok, I’ll come back!” They insisted I come in and to take my time because they had to finish planting anyway. I went in and quickly grabbed what I needed. The other employee that cashed me out was also super kind. That’s why I’ll always support local businesses like this.
I should also mention, they have a great selection and are very reasonably priced.

We recently began going tp Cappel's for our landscaping needs. The White Oak Garden Center is closer to us, however their pricing is much higher. We recently bought some mulch by the scoops, which I thought was a great option, & great deal! We also purchased some flowers today, & recently this beautiful kwanzan cherry tree! (pictured) The staff's always super friendly, & willing to help with whatever you need. Highly recommend it for any landscaping needs.

This plant shop is a true gem hidden in Cincinnati. Even though they don’t have the biggest indoor plant green house in the area they have an amazing selection. Not to mention the staff is so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Especially Nathan who has helped me with any questions I’ve had and always made my visits worthwhile. I have been to a ton of different plant shops in the area and this one has always been my favorite.

We had a gully from our house to the street from where our sewer line backfill had settled. Then the gas company replaced our gas line from the house to the street. Joe Cappel came over, made a video of our yard and emailed us a reasonable estimate of the work that needed to be done... smoothing out the front lawn, sloping it to the drainage ditch, grading the ditch to the storm pipe, seeding/topsoil and straw. They did an EXCELLENT job and were very easy to work with. Once their dozers were done and their hand tools were put away they watered our future lawn and totally cleaned up around their worksite. I highly recommend this company - they were great!

The house plant selection isn’t massive but they’ve got good plants at good prices and a kind staff. It’s also just plain beautiful in there with all the rows and rows of flowers. Worth a visit just to stroll around even if you don’t purchase anything.
