Travis Jones and Jesse Creech (lead installer) both did a great job. Travis made sure everything I wanted was what I got and I got where I wanted on price too, he made sure everything I had questions about was answered perfectly and I was able to set everything up for them to be good to go on install day. Jesse was awesome, guy knows exactly what he's doing and lead the team of three to have our ancient fuel furnace and old 90s air condenser replaced fully in 1 day. Jesse was a great dude and just talking to him, he's one of the good ones. It's always uneasy spending thousands for new systems and you always want everything to go well, Jesse made sure that everything happened exactly as it should have. And he even went above and beyond on a few things. Would absolutely trust that guy to do me right.

Ben was very patient as I explained my need for an uncomplicated thermostat. He also took the time to check out my air conditioner and Heating unit snd possible replacement options. Ben was professional and yet friendly, obviously experienced and knowledgeable.

From the initial service visit which I thought was very reasonable at just $99 to the sales visit with Jason to the Install with Jaron and another guy who were very professional and all business my experience was as good as it could be. They worked with me to come up with a fair price and they also did everything they said they wld do. They were also very prompt and on-time. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who dsnt want to deal with the hassle of pushy sales people and want a fair price backed by a warranty.

Roody did an excellent plumbing expectation of our house in preparation for winter. He was able to show us what could be improved, replaced and helpful tip from keeping our pipes from freezing! Highly recommend

My experience with Five Star was great. Someone was able to come out same day and I got a replacement water heater installed the day after. Chris Sanchez was the installer and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and even gave me a few tips and pointers on other parts of my house’s HVAC system.

Bryan was Awesome. He stayed until the entire job was done . Great employee and very professional.

Brandon came out and did some general maintenance and gave us a great quote on a new system and Cory and Tyler came out and installed the new system 2 days later (non-emergency situation). They took their time on the installed and made sure everything looked 10 times better than when they started! Great company and great service!

Hassan is the BEST! He is so informative and thorough! He did work for the house we sold and our new home. I would highly recommend Five Star and Hassan!

Pleasent. Explained all issues of inspection. Joe also pointed out two faucets on Stationery Tub and Washing Machine connections that were leaking. Last showed me 2 copper joints that showed carosian that could become problematic. I appreciated Joe's thoroughness.

Price was very good for a total change-out . If you have a good relation with Lowe’s you will appreciate the ease of financing, and of working with 5 Star. The initial estimate was done by young man who was very professional and courteous and respectful of our budget. The installers were professional and worked non-stop to complete the project neatly and entirely . I have had not so good results before with equipment and installers, so I highly recommend 5 Star. No I’m not related. I never met these folks before, and if I’d had a problem believe me I’d tell you about it. In detail.

Truly phenomenal experience start to finish. Transparent sales process and clean and professional installers.Travis was punctual, friendly and truly wanted the business. Brandon and Jerrick “zig” were on time, communicative and walked us through the entire project. The picture attached should say it all, ran drain lines clean and tight as well as cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Great job guys, highly recommend.

Jacob and Chris did an excellent job sealing around the pipe leading through the basement wall that goes to the septic system. We had Jacob doing other jobs here before and highly recommend him snd Five Star!!

We are in the process of renovating our kitchen and had to relocate a switch. John and Nash were very courteous and did a great job. Even though there were challenges rerouting the wiring, they completed the work and at a very reasonable price. I will call them again. Thank You.

The experts at Five Star determined that our ac unit was half the size it needed to be, and the furnace wasn’t quite right either. Our total system replacement was done in a day and looks and works great! Dakota did an expert install and left no trace that he was even there. Excellent in every way, and priced less than I expected.

I had a great experience getting my water heater replaced. My technician, Jon, was fantastic—he arrived right on time, was very informative, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. They also had affordable coupons that saved me money, which was a nice bonus! Highly recommend!

They let me know before they arrive when they were on their way. The young men were very courteous and respectful, hard-working, and did a great job, after they installed the new furnace they reviewed everything with me made sure I didn’t have any questions and was satisfied with the work. Woke up a Sunday morning to the furnace not working with 20 degree weather outside. Called five star and showed up same day. Dylan was great! Super friendly and informative. He was prompt on his arrival and got the work done when he said he would. Great experience overall.
