Carter was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. He inspected my attic and even offered to move some of my personal items to get the ladder in place. My impression was that he was very thr thorough and left everything neat and clean. He gets an "A" from me. This was a free service HELP now offers to check water lines.

Tyler F. was knowledgeable and professional. We had some recessed lighting that stopped working after a storm, Tyler was able to pinpoint the problem and make the necessary repairs in about an hour. Very impressive, and made helpful suggestions to prevent future reoccurrence. Price was reasonable too.

Great response and professional service AGAIN from HELP! Today it was Rick who arrived shortly after I called with our dead water heater problem. He diagnosed and explained my problems and then Adrien and Alex installed the replacement heater and softener. Super great care for our home, super quick service. Great explanation of our problems. HELP is fantastic. From annual maintenance to new installs, we’ve had a great experience every time. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical - we’ve seen staff from every expertise. They are always courteous, professional and friendly. No pressure sales, plenty of options to explore - can’t recommend them enough!

Had Michael come to check out an emergency generator to make sure it was working properly. He was able to get it started after noticing a stuck throttle arm. A simple fix and well worth the visit.

Owen Wills was here for a plumbing inspection. He was very professional and informative. I was glad that he found zero issues but his conversation was worth the time spent. Good job my friend

Our water heater went out just 2 weeks after we’d moved in. Spoke with Laura who was able to get us on schedule the same day. So helpful.
Rick arrived and determined the issue as well as other non conforming problems with the water heater. He was thorough, very professional and got our hot water back the same day.
I cannot say enough good things about the manner in which we were treated.
In addition to the repairs, the prior owner had made installation that was not up to code so we had to take care of that as well. Thank you Rick and Laura.

There were a few issues that were resolved the next day when Seth came back. Addressed them immediately and stayed to ensure everything was in working order.

Feb 24 checking our plumbing & drain systems. Owen was very thorough and his inspection gave us peace of mind all was in good working order. The service was let of our contracted agreement.

I called and received an appointment the next day. A very Friendly scheduler helped to make the appointment and the technician Caleb M. was polite, knowledgeable, informative and personable. We will definitely be using HELP again the future for HVAC and Plumbing needs.

The technician was great. The customer service reps on the phone were polite and professional. People were the best part of the experience.
What I didn’t like was them trying to reschedule me twice. I agreed once. Second time I had an appointment from 3-5. Tech got there at 6:30. I do appreciate that they called to let me know. I was then told that the part couldn’t be gotten that day. I appreciate the honesty I don’t think I’d call again, simply for the fact of rescheduling. However if I joined the club and paid a monthly fee I could get priority scheduling. Doesn’t sit well with me.

Nick Wellbrock did a great job getting my washing machine drain unclogged. He went above and beyond to get my washer washing again. Thanks so much Nick.

Cameron was professional and personable. Did an excellent and thorough inspection of our hvac system. He took the time to explain everything clearly, including his final diagnosis of our furnace.

Overall he did a great job, came back the next day to complete a project beyond replacing our water heater.

I can't say enough good things about Jacob.

I had arranged for a wellness plumbing visit with HELP-HVAC. Unexpectedly, overnight our area experienced 4+ feet of snow. Although Jacob's visit was scheduled, I fully expected to be rescheduled due to the inclement weather. I even tried to call the HELP-HVAC office to reschedule. I'm glad I was unable to reach anyone.

Jacob showed up respecting my property both outside and inside. As the advertisement goes, he was clean, professional, prompt, courteous, cared for my property. Although he informed me of some things that would make me more aware as a home owner, I didn't feel like he was pressuring me to buy services.

He took the necessary time to do a complete home plumbing inspection. He provided me with a written document of what he did which showed areas to look out for, areas that may need attention in the future, and areas that were functioning properly. He provided hints that may keep my plumbing working as designed.

He also had pictures of the areas for show and tell. I could tell he was not presenting me with pictures from some other houses because I could identify exactly where the plumbing was located in my house from the pictures. I didn't feel pressured or that I was being scammed.

I'm keeping Jacob's business card handy so that if I have issues I'll be certain to request him. I'm also telling friends and family to request him.

Just bought a new system October 2025. We didn’t know how to change out the filter. Joe came and showed us how. He was in and out; simple application after he explained. Thank you for coming to see about our issue in a timely fashion.

Tyler did an outstanding job. He was on time, totally prepared and explained everything he was doing and overall improved our lighting situation. As for the inspection he specified areas we need to address and in terms of the must do’s and optional fixes or improvements which we appreciate.

The technicians dealing with the new HVAC installation were great. However, the telephone operator needs to know that if certain problems are not addressed in a timely manner bigger problems could result when a new compressor may have coolant leaking from it. She only got a technician out after I called the person from HELP who sold me the HVAC system.

Tyler F. did an electrical inspection and gave me an estimate for new wiring in my house today, and he was awesome. He was nice and personable and seemed to be very competent and confident in his field. He took his time and checked my house thoroughly, and was willing to answer questions in a way I could understand. Two thumbs up!

Kayla Gonzalez-Boy was our Electrical Technician today. Very professional and friendly. Thorough walk through of her inspection and helpful with suggestions to remedy the issues. Email from her listed prices and suggestions moving forward. Overall, great service. I'd suggest requesting her for your home inspection.

Jacob Phelps was our Plumbing Tech. Very friendly and informative on what he found and suggestions. He was called to return to our home to address the low water pressure in our kitchen sink and upstairs shower. He found sediment in the screen filters that were flushed up into our system. After cleaning it out, our pressure resumed as before. So glad he found the issue. Would recommend Jacob for your plumbing needs!

Tyler’s technical expertise was evident as soon as he began constructing our heating and air conditioning system. Each piece was meticulously and precisely assembled and he didn’t stop working until the system was up and running! He scheduled another visit so that he could finesse the final details and explain how to setup our wi-fi access! My husband and I were both thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and customer service! We highly recommend him and the company!
