Josh did an amazing job! He was very kind and courteous! He wore boot covers and put covers on the wheels of the drain snake to make sure my floors stayed clean. He was here about an hour, and got my floor drain in the basement cleared. Fantastic service and price! Even when I scheduled them out, the lady who made my appointment was extremely nice! I HIGHLY recommend HELP!

My old boiler from the 50s gave out. HELP did a professional job with the new installation. Shoutout to the installers who put in a lot of work: Darren, Bryce, Tyler, and Homer.

The boiler did have some initial issues. However, HELP quickly sent out one of their most knowledgeable techs, JJ Engelbert to diagnose and quickly resolve the issue. I was very happy with his thoroughness and technical knowledge. He answered all my questions, got the boiler running again and made it a very pleasant experience.

JJ was my advanced field tech who chauffeured me around on a ride-a-long. We went to this customers home to diag a condensers unit that was frozen over in frigid, icey conditions and although we encountered some complications like a language barrier and more we we able to defrost her system. Test her return lines and ensure her unit was safely and properly operational before we departed. Upon the departure, we notified the customer the best we could ( due to language barriers) about our visit. We packed, up cleaned up, double check and left without a trace.

Air Plus did an excellent job! We were very pleased. Three areas were addressed and each were fixed with satisfaction.

I have been an AirPlus customer for over 20 years as they maintained my existing home HVAC system. When it came time to replace my existing system this Spring I contacted AirPlus and a few others for a new system. I was happy that Airplus submitted a good, competitive HVAC system. I have a dual system and it took 2 days to complete (in poor weather). I was impressed with the younger, hard working technicians doing the work. I have been happy with AirPlus and would recommend them to others.

Lee and Sam installed our new tankless water heater. It looks and works great. They were here on time and very professional. Also, they worked fast. We are quite pleased with the work.

A big shout out to Air Plus! Our compressor went bad after 18 years. Rob, the owner, came out immediately, presented options without pressure, and several days later, we had a brand new furnace/ac. Our ac broke during the height of summer’s heat and humidity, so we were grateful for their rapid response. Everyone we worked with knew what they were doing, acted friendly and professional, and really tried hard to make us happy. It’s refreshing and important to work with a company that you can be confident in because this is a big expense! Special thanks to Tony, Connor, Sam, Kevin, Bruce, and Rob for making this a great experience!

Alan was masterful in all aspects of fixing two bad leakages underneath my kitchen sink that spread into the walls too. And yet another area where storage of my cookware was. He was efficient and thorough. He didn’t leave o mess for me to clean up, He was polite and professional . Thank you Alan!
