Stephen Davis and DJ were very helpful with giving my family options navigating our AC issue. They both were also great at communicating before, during, and after our appointment.

Excellent job, Thank you. We placed a service call at 8 am and our technician was here by 1:45. He made the repair quickly and explained everything along the way.

I would not recommend. Had good experiences in the past but I feel like recent issue was handled poorly. They feel differently but it is the dismissiveness of the issue from the customer perspective that I don’t agree with. I will be taking my business elsewhere. EDIT to response: they claim they would have caught the clogged drainage pipe if I “kept my membership” but they somehow did not catch the clogged pipe when they serviced it on 8/18 or when they cleaned the evaporator coils?? That makes complete sense.. they acknowledge they cleaned it twice this year but the leak persists. Having it cleaned twice doesn’t sound like a maintenance issue. and I asked for a discount on the work that should have been done on 8/18. I tried to bypass the wet switch because even when it was dry it shut the system off, leaving me without AC for hours. But hey, works as intended !

Jansen installed our HVAC system a few years ago and we have used them for maintenance twice a year since then. The tech who came this week, Stephen Davis, did a really great job and spent a lot of time answering my questions so I could better understand how our system works. Every experience we have with Jansen is great and I highly recommend them.

A solid 5-star company which I highly recommend and has earned my business going forward. From working with DJ in the start and coordinating with the manager Jeff, I have zero complaints. DJ was a personable technician and a skilled expert in this field and presented a systemic solution, vs pitching AC units, to solving our energy consumption issues and the temperature difference between floors. He provided a different set of options, provided an understandable list of pros and cons for those options, and provided a market-competitive price for the solution we chose. After the install, the manager Jeff, reached out to me stating that they had reviewed the work and found that the installer missed a section that would have impacted the solution we chose. Jeff was personable and coordinated well with our schedule, sent the installer back out to fix the issue, and provided another benefit for the inconvenience. Just the fact the manager and his team inspected the work, reached out and owned a mistake on the installer's behalf, and provided a benefit for the inconvenience shows integrity and true professional service. The system runs well, and we've noticed the difference in the cooling dynamic of our home.

I am pleased to add my name to the list of well satisfied customers. DJ did an outstanding listening and addressing my concerns. Matt heard my concerns and applied his 18 years of experience to enhance the solution. Matt and Justin work continuously for 7 hours to complete in installation in one day. Gentlemen, job well done!

Brett was efficient and knowledgeable to provide the needed attention to service our Carrier HVAC system. He also set me up with a new Thermostat to help maintain proper temperatures versus the old Mercury Dial Thermos tat. After discussing the Jansen annual maintenance plan I felt better and decided that it was what would provide the our systems continued years of service.

Brett came out to fix our air conditioner and was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain what was wrong and even showed me how to read the service light indicator for future reference. I was impressed by how quickly they responded—within 15 hours of our call—and by Brett’s expertise, especially how he applied what he learned from company-sponsored training.

I couldn't say enough about this company. I'm speechless on how well they worked both on knowledge and timeliness. The men that came into our home were beyond respectful to our space, time and home in general. They didn't waste time getting to us. There wasn't this long drawn out waiting game. I recommend this company to all and anyone that even mentions HVAC. From the office staff, to the owners(Jeff) who came to my home before during and after and most importantly the technicians/installers (Michael/Darius/Eric). It's really nice and refreshing to know that even the owners are still out working in the field and getting face to face with the customers; as well as working alongside their techs/installers.

Again, not even scratching the surface with these comments of how amazing the company and employees are. Nothing was left for me to ask because they covered all bases and then some.

Couldn't have been better. We talked with an excellent and honest salesperson who arranged for installation of a new furnace the next day. Both installers were clean, efficient and friendly. the new unit works great.
