Had a great experience with Andrew and Chapman Heating & Cooling. He quickly figured out the issue with our furnace, explained everything clearly, and his fix ended up saving us money. He was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Really appreciated how helpful and straightforward he was. Would definitely recommend!

Andrew did a thorough job on the install of both a new furnace and AC unit. He took the time to explain everything before I even asked questions. Very professional and friendly service, I would highly recommend Chapman for any HVAC mission.

We were having an issue with our furnace today, and I couldn’t wait another minute to share my experience with Chapman Heating & Air. We have been using them for at least 20 years +. When we called they were at our home within an hour. Quite amazing considering the weather right now. We have been delinquent on our cleanings also. Not only did they fix our noise issue but they cleaned it as well which cost them a lot of elbow grease and some time, so thank you for giving us peace of mind. 😊 Thank you so much Chris & Andrew Chapman. Baby It's cold outside! Woke up at 5 this morning and baby, it was cold inside, about 45°. Thought thermostat had gone bad because of the way the furnace was cycling, but not sure. Called original installer from 25yrs ago and they had trouble scheduling. We decided to try and stay with someone local and called J.J. Smith Heating. Explained the problem to them and they had someone at our home within an hour. It was not my thermostat. They explained and showed me the problem. Now they could have gotten me for the cost and replacement of thermostat, plus fixing the real problem without any argument from me, but they didn't and that people, is honesty ! I truly believed our bill would have been double what it was. A big thank you to Andy for your prompt and honest service. We highly appreciate and recommend J.J. Smith Heating !!!

We have used JJ Smith for all of our HVAC needs for many years. Chris is such a great, knowledgeable, and professional service technician.

Andy and his team were great. They went above and beyond trying to fix our furnace that was installed incorrectly by previous owner as well as investigating thoroughly why it had failed. Turns out we did not have adequate air return. We ended up having to get a new furnace but I felt good knowing it was our only option since they took the time to change out some parts to see if that would work. They fixed some other items that were incorrect as well and their work was very meticulous.

Arron Valentine, best in the business!!! This guy knows his stuff! Had an issue with the air conditioning, the house was very hot, unbearable heat inside! This company will not let you down, no wonder they are the air comfort specialist! Arron came out, quickly diagnosed the issue and got the home into cooling mode for us. He did this all with a smile and was very enjoyable to have in the home as he joked with the kids and made this all a very pleasant experience. If you’re looking around for quotes or anything, just go ahead and call them in, they will get the job done for you. I’m actually telling all my friends and family about the experience and will only recommend this company moving forward.

Bryce and Dakota were very pleasant and efficient. They were respectful of my house and did a quick job. Bryce did a very nice summarization of the work they did.

Ac went out and it was 88 degrees on the house. They came out the next day and were very efficient and affordable. Will definitely call them again with any more issues.
