Dakota came right on time and got the furnace running again. He was very polite and informative. He told me abt the yearly contract program and I decided to purchase that and he cleaned my furnace.

Dakota Lamb from JJ Smith Heating and Cooling did a fine job servicing the Aprilaire humidifier on my furnace.
He made sure that the humidistat, humidifier unit and waste pump all worked correctly with no leaking before he left.
He did a professional job and was easy to work with.

My furnace broke. They came out the day after I called to take a look and diagnose the problem (which was fine, it was not cold). My control panel was bad and they needed to order a new one. It would take a few days to get the part in but they set up my heat to work until the part could be delivered and they could come install it. The repair was quick and everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use and recommend in the future when needed. Thank you !

Called on Saturday morning for furnace repair and they called back within minutes and since it was not a true emergency I said to wait till Monday. Called Monday morning and set up time for same day. Chris the technician that came was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem quickly. Experience was top notch from start to finish.

We were long overdue for a new HVAC system and I was completely satisfied with J.J. Smith. I trust the experience of the owner and he provided several options on his quote. The install crew showed up on time, prepped the areas throughout the house to avoid a mess, worked as quickly as possible and finished with a full walk through of the new system, filters and wifi thermostat setup. While we were out of town our daughter called indicating the Thermostat wasn’t working. Called JJSmith and they responded in less than an hour. They had determined the cause and replaced the T’stat quickly and had the heat running in less than an hour. Great Job!

They installed an Aprilaire 620a bypass humidifier and removed the Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier that was sucking an OUTRAGEOUS amount of electricity. Dylan was great! He arrived promptly, was very courteous, got the old unit out and the new unit in, and charged a very reasonable price despite the job taking longer than expected and needing a few more materials than expected.

I called on Saturday morning because I had no heat. They came and discovered I needed a part that theydid not have. They tried to get the part but was not successful. Bryce, the technician was so helpful. He left and returned with heaters. Bryce was so unhappy that he coild not fix the. problem that day. I am so lucky to have JJ Smith for maintenance. Knowledgeable and always reliable!!! Own Grammas Pizza in Eastgate-both our furnaces (dining room and kitchen) went out on 20 degree day. Andy and his crew came immediately to get them working and resolving the issues when parts came in. Andy even went out of his way to custom make a replacement part that would have taken 6 weeks to get. Very satisfied, kept us from losing dining room/bar customers and keeping staff happy. I highly recommend them.

We contacted Dawson for our furnace because it was having issues reaching the set temperature on the thermostat. They came and said they couldn't find anything wrong at first then said they would have to send a senior tech out that was more knowledgeable than them because it acted like it was mis calibrated when it was installed in 2022. Mind you my furnace was working and heating somewhat before they came out and about 5 minutes or less after they left the fan kept running but no flame was igniting. So I called them back no answer, I called another number no answer, I finally got ahold of the owner and let him know what was going on he told me to give him afew minutes and he would call me back so it's been over 5 hours and still no call. So we called another company to come out to look at it which was 4th GEN HVAC and they used to work for Dawson by the way they got it fixed and basically all it was is that the limit switch reset needed to be reset from Dawson tripping it. We are on your data base under Rachel Pilot.

This company has really did great work when it came to fixing my AC unit. They got me in and fixed the problem. I appreciate the quality of work that was done. Honesty is the best policy and thank you Dawson! Be blessed!

The staff was knowledgeable, professional and got us the right furnace and air conditioner to fit our need. I would recommend this company to anyone because they did not try to talk us into a situation that would not have been good financially for us like the other companies like Apollo, Help these companies only want money and not thinking about the customer and what would be best for us. Dawson heating satisfied our needs now we can enjoy our new systems.

Tim was exceptional. Found my issue pretty quickly and even offered to look at another little item while he was there. He was professional and courteous. Would absolutely recommend.
