I was looking to replace our Heating and Air system at our Home and there are just so many options and advertisements on social media and the internet I didn’t know what to do or which HVAC company to go with. So like I do everyday I was listening to Lincoln Ware and he had Dawson Heating and Air on his show, after listening to their history and the work they continue to do in the community my mind was made up. They are truly like their sign says “they are not the biggest but the best” I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, and needed to get our system replaced before they both went out. I had serious doubt and concern as they wouldn’t make it through another winter and or summer. Time was at the essence, I had a medical procedure and had too many restrictions with lifting and bending to have that kind of work done at our home. I had many concerns and reservations about having the work done when I could not contribute to getting things ready for Dawson to begin that task. After sharing my concerns with Todd Dawson, Dawson Heating and Air, they were very accommodating, great listeners and they went above and beyond with their excellent customer service care and support. Todd did everything in his power so I didn’t have to lift a finger during and after the install. He even helped me with the process of paying my installation fee online, LOL. If you have concerns that your heating and air are questionable, I strongly recommend Dawson, they aren’t the biggest but they are the best!!!!!!!!

I can only say this they were life saver they made sure I had heat didn’t stop until it was working I Would recommend this company to anyone they were genuinely concern that we had heat an that’s the honest to truth. Had to call back because of heat not working they came rt out fix the problem (which was not there fault it was a faulty part) after fixing problem tech came hour later to check to see if we still had heat now we know he could have just called but to come to check on our heat that speaks volumes

The guys who showed up were very friendly, upfront, and forward about what they were doing. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and the work that they were doing and trusted that they were going to do the job right the first time and our heat now works tremendous

Woke up with no heat. I steadily watched the temperature drop. Dawson personnel were at my place within a hour. The technician did test and explained to me what was going on. It was determined that the thermostat was bad. He replaced the thermostat and now I'm back to being warm and toasty. Thanks Dawson.

I couldn't really answer some of the questions. Council on aging got the system for me. As far as the guys that installed the ac unit were very very nice and got the job done. They do have to come back and finish a small job. He said he would be calling me today, so far I haven't heard anything. But it was very much appreciated. Thank u.

This company was amazing. Very experienced And professional. They walk you through every part of the process. they had to work completed within days and this was a very huge project. my husband and I have actually used them twice

Jan 14th/15th I reached out to Dawson for an estimate for a tankless water heater. I recieved a call for the Company and we arranged a time. I specifically asked if I would recieve a call/txt from them before they arrive. The company represenative said "Of Course, we do that anyway."
I left work early to meet the Dawson Plumber per the time that was agreed upon. Dawson never called or showed up.
This was truly disappointing, because I reside in the same area as the office on Reading Rd.
They will never get another chance to make a 1st impression and now I will not ever consider reaching out to them again.
If your company doent have the decency to show up for an estimate, then I hate to imagine them doing a job.
I would not recommend!

Came out same day after our furnace stopped working. Diagnosed the issue, procured the parts, and made the repair quickly and for a fair price. Friendly service from the person answering the phone to the technicians who provided the service. Great local company!

Very good job, service man was friendly and explained everything he was doing. I will recommend this company to everybody. I had a small family owned HVAC company that I used for over 2O years. They retired. I will use Dawsons for the next 29 years on my four properties!!!

Dawson Heating responded to my emergency call for furnace issues promptly. When the techs arrived they professional and polite. They explained the issue to me clearly. They secured a needed part and quickly repaired my furnace. All this on a day Cincinnati was experiencing a severe snow warning and impending record low temperatures. I am truly thankful for their prompt and complete service. They are now my HVAC service and maintenance company.

Saw the billboard on Galbraith Rd. a few months ago and finally made a call for furnace maintenance just before the frigid temps arrived. Very happy to get same day service!! Techs were great - professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep using Dawson.

Dawson is a trusted name! I have trusted this company for hvac needs since 2013. Bought a furnace and Central air conditoning unit in 2013. I have continued to allow them to do all my preventive maintenance on both. They do great work and they are very dependable. I recommend them to my friends and family.
