My parents used the company to service their furnace they were very happy with the service so I called just to have a check up done on my furnace. Alec was the tech that came he was very friendly and answered all my questions gave me some tips on the furnace what filters to use and such. Arrived when he said he would be here and was efficient in his work.

Our furnace recently stopped working a few weeks before winter. We received several estimates and finally decided on Quality Comfort. And I'm glad we did. Their price is affordable and was within the range of what we wanted to spend so we got a new AC as well. They got us on the schedule quickly and called before they came. Brian and the guys were nice and polite, they took their time on the install to make sure everything was done right and double checked everything before they left. Thank you very much, Ryan, Brian, and the team at Quality comfort. You guys are awesome.

Great experience. I found Quality Comfort Home Services on Yelp. Days before another plumbing service had unclogged a sink drain for me. For the other plumbing service, they missed their window for service three times. It was expensive. In contrast, both times Quality Comfort made their window. Price was as promised. Very courteous and jobs done quickly. I will use them again.

Ryan and his team did a great job. They quickly came out and provided great service. We ended up having a small crack in our unit requiring them to shut the heat off. They were able to bring out someone that same day to give us an estimate on a new unit. Thank you so much for everything. Excellent service

Quality Comfort Home Services HVAC recently completed installation of a new high-efficiency gas boiler in our home. They were the only HVAC company of the 4 companies that we consulted that was able to figure out a way to vent the new boiler so that a high-efficiency boiler could be installed in our older home. The other 3 companies could only offer installation of a boiler which was not high efficiency, and their bids for the standard (lower efficiency) boiler were either the same or much higher than we ultimately paid for Quality Comfort to install our high efficiency system. In addition, Quality Comfort was able to determine why a radiator in our home (which had not been working for a few years) was no longer working, and they were able to work out a solution to get the radiator working again. They were very thorough and neat, and their communication and followup with us was great. We were extremely pleased with their services and will certainly use them again.

We had to get a new furnace and AC, so choosing the right company was really important and there were so many out there that it was overwhelming. Quality Comfort was our second stop, and we looked no further! These guys are so friendly and knowledgeable; they are family people who care about you and your home and who aren't just out to profit from you. Alec and Steve were awesome and really knew their stuff. We are so glad we went with this company!

I noticed my main drain was clogged up. I called and was able make an appointment with Quality Comfort the same day! They let me know when they were on the way and showed up to my house ready to work. They let me know what the repair would cost ahead of time and was able to alleviate all my concerns. They were also extremely courteous and professional. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

My furnace went down in the night, Quality Comfort Home Services were able to work me in and quickly sent out a technician (David). He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and repair the furnace. I was so happy with Quality Comfort Home Services they really cared about my dog and i staying warm in this cold weather. Their integrity, quality of workmanship was outstanding i would recommend them highly. Thank you, Quality Comfort Home Services and all the friendly staff.

Had to replace our heat pump due to it dying, and reached out to quality comfort. Max was extremely professional, helpful, and educational. He made sure to be very thorough in his walkthrough, more so than other hvac companies I reached out to. While the price was about the same as other companies, the maintenance service plan they provided blew the competition out of e water. Installation was very professional and they got it done very quickly. I would recommend them to others as well as use them for my other home needs again.
